Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Metlife
My premium goes up every year by at least 5%. I don't know what the other companies offer.
American Family
Overall they are a great company that offers great prices on their premiums and they seem to have very professional, competent agents working at their locations.
Farmer's Insurance
I like our insurance company because they treat everyone like family. They are so friendly and helpful and always try their very best to help you. A lot of these companies don't even remember your name but our insurance company always greets us by name and with a smile.
Farmer's Insurance
The company does not have an app and to be honest, I have never visited their website so I cannot comment as to that.
Erie Insurance
THE APP IS EASY TO USE BUT I ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT THE POLICY NUMBER IN BEFORE I LOOK AT MY SPECIFIC ACCOUNT SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE PREPARED WITH THE INFORMATION WHICH CAN SOMETIMES BE A CHALLENGE TO FIND IN THE MESS THAT IS MY OFFICE.
Safeco Insurance
Safeco is a great insurance company because the rates were comptetive. Customer service is excellent, and is always attententive and available whenever I had questions regarding my policies
State Farm
My experience of dissatisfaction has been pretty nil. I cannot think of an example to present you within this context.
State Farm
I do not like how hard it is to get a hold of your account manager sometimes when you need assistance and the fact that it takes a long time for the claim process to move
State Farm
There is nothing so far I don't like about them BECAUSE IVE NEVER HAD TO FILE A CLAIM.
Progressive
Real professional people and super quick on getting back with you with setting a visit or payment. The prices are the best that I could find too.
Aaa
The only thing I don't like is their phone app, but this aspect is minimal compared to all the company's other amazing features.
Erie Insurance
I am very happy with their communication, and I feel that their prices are fair if not cheap. I don't have any complaints at all with my experiences with Erie. I would recommend them if someone was seeking an agent.
Geico
I wish there was a way to record the renewed policies sooner. I'm probably unreasonably worried about this as we had a friend who lost everything including her pets in a house fire. There was a question about whether her policy was actually in effect since she had just paid, and even though that was another company, I wonder if this one could have the same issue. She was devastated by her loss and then the company left her in suspense for a week about whether she could even get living expenses.
Farmer's Insurance
They are a locally owned company that offers business and individual insurance policies. For individuals, they have homeowners and auto policies. They offer excellent service. Cost for the insurance policies are usually in line with the market or lower than their competitors.
State Farm
I like that the agents are very communicative and excellent about giving detailed information & returning calls. they are always professional, helpful, and quick to suggest ways i can save money.
State Farm
I do not understand how all the rates and all that stuff actually work so they could be royally screwing me over and i would maintain ignorance.
Farmer's Insurance
The farmers insurance is too cheap on your first time buying and is a lower price than others, just i selected before.
State Farm
I have few issues with State Farm. They are usually very helpful. The cost of auto insurance can be a little high occasionally but overall it is worth it for the service you receive.
Aaa
Aaa insurance provides excellent protection that will cover my home more than adequately if needed with a fair cost and monthly billing.
