Allstate
I also like allstate insurance because they always give me superior customer service. i am always treated with a personalized experience and whenever there is an issue, the problem is resolved swiftly.
State Farm
They have, what seems to be, more rules and regulations than most other companies. i feel like to get coverage the entire process took much longer than it needed to and there were many layers of inspections, visits, and compliance that needed to happen. i have been a long time customer so it was frustrating to me to have to comply with all this just to keep coverage.
Donegal Mutual Insurance Company
I also like donegal because of their personalized service. if we have a question or concern it is much easier to reach an agent and talk to a person rather than a computer with a larger business.
State Farm
The website is easy to use now that I am set up. I didn't like it at first because when I entered all of the information needed to get an "automatic quote" it didn't give me the quote it gave me a pop-up screen that gave me two options of either "find an agent" or to call an 800 #. I didn't want to get involved right away with an agent. I prefer to research some on my own first.
Farm Bureau
Basement apartment of the house flooded when pipe burst but the insurance paid for new flooring.
Farm Bureau
Our company sends mail reminders when our policies need to be updated and will call with any other information we need. Our local agent will catch us a school and community events to check and see how we are doing on any issues we've recently had.
Farm Bureau
They are very easy to contact; I never have to wait. They have always come through for me.
Geico
It is very easy to get a customer service representative on the phone, and they even call back to answer questions they were unable to answer at first.
Allstate
Dislike about the company is. High premiums and deductibles and poor customer service.
Erie Insurance
I would highly recommend Erie for both home and auto insurance. They have wonderful agents, good service, and affordable premiums.
