Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Allstate
My insurance agent is friendly, and explains things to me in a concise manner. he isn't pushy when it comes to possibly purchasing new products.
Farmer's Insurance
I dislike farmers because they did not want to pay my claim when my hot water heater burst and ruined my belongings.
American Insurance
People at american family insurance speak several languages, my wife's english is too poor, she calls the insurance agent, but the agent is adaptive to my wife's english. if needed they also find the translation for smooth understanding.
Farmer's Insurance
I have contacted my agent a couple of times with general questions about my policies and specific questions about storm damage to my roof and making a claim. He has always responded very quickly and provided all the information I was looking for. I have not yet had to make an actual claim.
Liberty Mutual
They are there 24/7 even holidays just to answer even basic questions and friendly. They also work with you to find answers and not just leave you hanging or with a best guess.
State Farm
Our premium is rather high due to having a flat roof in our area. We have limited options for insurance, so we stick with it. We feel that it should be lower at this point as we got a new roof on our home when we moved in.
Progressive
It is all a bunch of hype for the most part. The Flo character is just something to distract people from the ripping off that they got headed their way if they become customers. Just less of a ripping than with other companies, maybe.
American Family Insurance
I dont think there is anything to dislike. My agent smokes i guess. The office smells like smoke often.
Prudential
I have had no personal experience with my company's representatives as I have not had to contact them. However, my insurance agent has told me that they are a good company to work with in terms of communication and responsiveness.
Allstate
Allstate gives very good coverage for a reasonable price. Their agents are very knowledgeable and friendly and do not try to upsell you.
American Family Insurance
They have a very good deductable and that is one of the reasons I chose them. I really enjoy their coverage and am satisfied.
