Goosehead Insurance
I'm not sure if they really have a corporate office. it would be nice to walk in and talk to someone about making some policy changes, but i cannot find a real address for them.
The premium and deductible are pretty decent. I did not get dinged that much after putting in a claim. I'm happy with the cost of the coverage.
State Farm
I am very satisfied with the service that I receive from State Farm, they are really good at what they do.
My premium and deductible is lower than anywhere else. When I saw how low it was it was a done deal.
Farmer's Insurance
This company was very competitive in their premiums compared to the others that I had researched and got quotes from. They were half the price. Although I chose the higher deductible for a lower premium.
State Farm
I would give State Farm a '5' for their customer service. They have always been very polite to me.
State Farm
Their policy options are comparable to most other major companies. Their prices tend to be quite competitive with other similar companies.
Allstate turns down people when they need help the most. they are not reasonable and they don't try to be there for their customers.
Commercials are relatable. helped me find somebody who makes me feel safe in my own home.
I like the fact that the company is very responsive to requests for services i like the fact that the company is also good at feeding back, in other words, they call and see if the vendor they subbed to have followed up.
State Farm
I like that I can see my policy and contact my agent to make changes or file a claim via the website. The application is quite useful and it is not necessary to make a trip to the office in most cases.
State Farm
The company understands me and knows what customers need. They have been around for many years and I have never seen any bad reviews on them ever

I think State Farm has excellent customer service. I always get a card, on my birthday or for the holiday unexpectedly. I think State Farm really thinks and cares about their customers.
I like the easy process of getting a quote and signing up, and their customer service

Despite having some difficulty navigating my policy on my own, my home insurance company has always provided the necessary answers when I called in for an affordable rate that also saves on car insurance.
State Farm
State farms rates are higher than others .When I applied for a mortgage and told them it would be state farm they chuckled and said "will, willw increase the estimated insurance costs, then".
State Farm
They have always been great from the beginning. They are always there to answer calls and to talk in person about my policy. I haven't had a claim yet so I don't know how they will be when they have to pay up, but I hope they will be good as well.
State Farm
Communication with our agent has always been positive, they are reliable, readily available, and friendly.
National General
I like that my home is covered by insurance in case of damage that may occur in my home.
There's nothing that I dislike about the company. They fulfill my needs, other people may feel differently but for me they are incredible.
I prefer not to deal with phone calls for simple business. I feel like more of the management for my policy could be handled without direct intervention from the company, and not allowing me to make changes directly seems like a shady attempt to prevent me from reducing my costs or coverage easily.
Safeco Insurance
Overall I am happy mostly because they gave me the best price compared to all the companies that I received quotes from. There transition has been smoothed overall which is good.
I recommend Traveler's due to their excellent customer service, ease of managing policy and renewal process

I think I could recommend them pretty easily. Again, based on actual experience, when I had a claim they paid for all the damage and made us whole without any haggling.
I would recommend Progressive to those that needs to buy home insurance, but does not want to pay too much for something that is rarely used.
I have calls periodically from the staff wanting me to make an appointment to come in a review my policy. I would much rather just do it over the phone.
They have the best price for our area, the best service and were very helpful when we needed to file a claim.
I never had a claim and their premiums are in line with everyone else. They accepted our buy breed dog which is a huge bonus.
State Farm
There is nothing that I have come into contact that has made me dislike this company. Over all they have done a great job. Great customer service!
Customer service has been fine, but haven't had to talk to them to much about the house.
