State Farm
I like that my insurance company has a local provider. a person, whom i know personally and can contact anytime.
State Farm
I also like this company because even though it is a nationwide company, their local offices are franchises, which means i get the quality of customer service that i would get at a small mom and pop operation.
State Farm
I really enjoy having state farm as my insurance provider for a number of reasons. first, the convenience and reliability i get in the coverage and in the agent. minimal claim processing times. i also feel as though i get premium coverage for what i pay.
Aaa
I mentioned just now that AAA does not allow the customer to change policy online. I have to praise the operator though, they are very patient and answer my questions all the time.
Travelers
The premium is higher than what we were paying, although the policy coverage is a little more, it does not scale. We are keeping it for the discounts we get on other policies, which makes up for the slightly higher price point.
State Farm
It's always been good. I have a local office and they are responsive and flexible. Everyone has always been nice and professional.
Nationwide
The website is very easy to use. The layout and structure of the app are easy to use and follow.
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company
I find the website to be sufficient for information. However, I cannot chat online and that would be the real benefit when I need information and I am at work. It would be helpful if I could chat rather than call on the phone when I am working.
The Hartford
I really could not think of something that I dislike, since until now I have been treated with much education.
New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company
I would recommend them for coverage because I like that I get to work with one person from start to finish. I like that almost everything is covered for a reasonable price.
