Allstate in itself is a good company. the key is to make sure you go with a good agent. they can make or break the deal. i have been with allstate. i switch to keep my premiums low, of most importance is the quality and attentiveness of the agent. i love the low prices and flexibility of the policies. the people are very nice as well. i'm very satisfied with my insurance provider. i am satisfied with my car and home insurance with allstate.
I feel like my deductible and my premium can be lowered a little bit to be more competitive in the marketplace to keep me as a customer for longer.
Quick response. i had reported a theft and within a month i had received the total stolen valuables.
I honestly hate that this happens at every single renewal period. This could actually have me switching to another insurance company.
Safeco Insurance
Have not communicated face to face with them and they seem to be good when I have communicated with them.
I like how simple it is. I don't need to worry if a certain kind of issue is covered. Everything is known and explained in native English. I like how easy the auto pay is and how reasonable the payments are. It's hard to find a reason to switch
Kentucky Farm Bureau
I like that my insurance company is here locally and employees locals and agents. Staff are very easy to approach.
Progressive always has good customer service. Whenever my husband or I call the company with questions or to change coverage we have our questions answered quickly and they are always very polite and professional.
State Farm
I am satisfied with the price we received, and the purchasing experience was better with State Farm than it was with the competitors we tried. Although you hope never to use your insurance, of course, there will come a day when we need to file a claim. When that happens, I think I will learn a lot more about what I like and dislike about the company.
They have been helpful, but slow to respond. I need someone more local and prepared to answer my questions when I call. I don't want to leave a message. I expect to look for another policy once summer sets in.
Kentucky Farm Bureau
Local Branch, has been good for Car Insurance, we got a discount for having both with same company. Have not made a claim, but would give them a 4.
I believe these offices are owned by individual agents. In my case, the agent and staff working there have always been fantastic. They answer questions quickly, give me clear answers and always call me back. I've used the 1-800 number for claims and that was easy as well.
State Farm
I think it's extremely easy to navigate, which is all I care about.
Kentucky Farm Bureau
As an overall company, we have good thoughts about them. We just hope if or when the time comes and we need them, they will be easy to deal with when we need them the most.
Kentucky Farm Bureau
I don't have anything that I dislike about them thus far. So far we have had a good experience.
Kentucky Farm Bureau
Kentucky Farm Bureau has better premium rates and area coverage than any other companies I know of. Adding multiple buildings or vehicles onto a plan can qualify for lowering payment amounts.
State Farm
This company is great because the people care so much about me and they want me to succeed. I am glad to be a part of them.
State Farm
I would recommend this for car insurance but not for home insurance, they can deal well with car insurance but not home insurance as well.
Kentucky Farm Bureau
The thing I like most about this company is that they are reliable, and at the cheapest rate.
State Farm
That they did not accept my claim, but it's a minor issue, and I understand why they didn't. I really have no real complaints about the company or agent.
I wish there was a way to record the renewed policies sooner. I'm probably unreasonably worried about this as we had a friend who lost everything including her pets in a house fire. There was a question about whether her policy was actually in effect since she had just paid, and even though that was another company, I wonder if this one could have the same issue. She was devastated by her loss and then the company left her in suspense for a week about whether she could even get living expenses.
