I would rate Travelers Insurance homeowners policy a 4 because it is more expensive than other insurance companies, but it offers better coverage and when bundled with their auto insurance it is still very reasonable.
The prices are really great and they are a lot better then other companies i have tried to get insurance with. they let you spread out your payments.
