Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Allstate
I think the company provides good coverage and is very reliable and well known. It has been around for a long time and that is comforting to me. Many friends who have used All State have good experiences with them, so that is also a good point.
Travelers
The only thing I dislike is the rating system for auto. They continue to charge you with offenses long after most other companies would have dropped them from the system.
State Farm
The process involved making a few phones calls and giving an explanation of what happened that made us need to file a claim and where the damage was on our property.
Metlife
Excellent rates for great coverage and the company also has great customer service. I called with a quick question and got a knowledgeable customer service rep that answered my questions very quickly.
State Farm
This question is repeating itself. I hate they can never process my auto pay without calling me and they always call to try to get me to bundle
American Family
The insurance company is a locally run insurance office. They know what we need, they keep on top of what changes we have, how our needs change. We trust them because they are part of our small community.
American Family
The company is too big to where you seem to get lost in the cracks but your agent is there to make sure that does not happen. I got bounced around between agents and found that concerning but am with a good one now.
State Farm
So far I haven't had an issue with the company, I haven't had to file a claim, but I was eventually able to get the coverage I needed.
State Farm
I don't really have anything to say about not liking them. I really like everything about State Farm at the moment.
National General
So far, the process to switch has been easy. They sent us documentation quickly. We haven't had a claim yet, so it's hard to tell how they will react to us if we do have a claim. but overall, we are satisfied with how low the premium is for the same amount of coverage with Liberty Mutual.
Progressive
Sometimes it's really hard to actually talk to somebody who can help you and when you do they put you on hold 5 times trying to figure out how to fix things. Although they do fix the problem in the end, I hate sitting on the phone forever.
Allstate
honestly I don't have anything that I can complain about yet, but I guess the radio ads and the youtube ads are pretty bad I mean its petty but that's all I have
Allstate
The continued increase in premium of auto and home insurance is leaving me speechless. i contacted my insurance agent for a policy review. i gained a much better understanding of why they increase insurance premium.
State Farm
This insurance provider creates a problem, when we buy the insurance second time, it would increase the cost.
Progressive
They are very helpful with any question we ever have. we can call or email with any question and they always do their best to give us a good answer or direct us to someone who can.
Progressive
Their customer service is very good. It is a positive experience. I like that company's agents are very responsive.
Liberty Mutual
I like that the representatives are friendly and easy to talk to over the phone and in person.
Farmer's Insurance
I think the company is very good overall. I feel that my policy is worth what I am paying for it. I think the real reason I stay with this company is my agent as he is always on top of things and makes me feel like he is looking out for my best interests.
