Latest Home Insurance Reviews

The Hartford
Hartford is doing pretty well as compared to most home insurance company with probably Allstate beating it to customer service relationship.
Geico covers just about everything. I purchased a condo as my primary home and they cover the condo itself plus items inside and things like a pipe bursting or someone breaking my walls from another condo.
The same thing doesn't have really anything positive to say about allstate. maybe one or two good moments with them so far
There could be more special discounts and benefits for customers who stayed with them for a long time.
State Farm
I have experienced great friendly customer service when i call to speak with the agents office. everyone seems nice and ready to help you.
State Farm
They could be a little cheaper. I have only one claim in like 20 years (see above). My home value hasn't gone up that much to warrant the inflation of the premium really... Also, they mail me VERY long before the premium is due. So sometimes it gets lost in the shuffle. They could time their mailing to be a bit close to the due date, not two months or so before.
Farmer's Insurance
I know for a fact that I pay more than I should for my insurance. I compare myself to others all the time, however, I have a relationship with my agent in that he holds all of my policies so changing it would be weird.
State Farm
While I really wish it didn't go up every year, I do understand the price of things go up so they have to adjust for that. I just really wish I could get a cheaper rate if I could
Liberty Mutual
Overall Liberty Mutual is the best company I have ever worked with. I always recommend them to my friends and family and hope to be doing business with them for many years to come.
What I dislike about this company is their web page. It can be pretty difficult to understand the first time you log on to use it.
State Farm
The one thing I don't like about State farm is that the office spaces are small. I have had to switch agents 4 times because of moving or agent retiring and every office I have been in seems to be small and crowded.
I can review my policy and information, monitor claim processing and make my payments online.
I guess they could do a better job of reaching out during natural disasters. Seeing if we were alright, whether we needed anything. How our community is doing.
Mercury Insurance Group
The only positive interaction I had was with a regional manager who told me after I had made the claim that my home had sufficient damage for me to stay in a hotel and that it was covered in my policy. Otherwise, my total experience has been negative.
State Farm
Good down home company that is reliable and I trust them to do all my insurance needs that I might have to have
We love the customer service we are so loyal to them that recommendation to this insurance company is easy to do.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I would recommend Amica Mutual Insurance as they paid out my claim when I needed it. They were reasonable and responsive when the area was devastated by a hurricane. The policy remains affordable.
Liberty Mutual
We got mostly everything we wanted and needed with our insurance policy. The only disappointing part was we were told we couldn't put up our trampoline without a fenced yard.
Farmer's Insurance
My premium and deductibles are a lot higher than other places for flood, water and hurricae. I can play around to get better deductible costs at least but it's still higher than most.
Their website is due for an overhaul, and they should send a reminder about our current coverage and what can be added as time moves forward.
State Farm
The things I dislike about my insurance company are the cost of the premiums relative to what I receive for them. I also dislike that the only services you can receive an online quote for are the major insurance purchases such as homeowners, auto, boat, etc. It would be nice to add online quoting for other services such as umbrella insurance.
Farmer's Insurance
They are friendly, great customer service and they fit my budget well. Anything I have ever needed or asked about has been provided.
All state insurance customer services are good because customers are served right
