Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Usaa
There is nothing about this company that i dislike. i can not think of a single thing and i have been a customer for 49 years.
Allstate
The insurance adjusters are often not fair and often side with the insurance company. they make it difficult for a claim to be approved.
American Reliable Insurance Company
I really can't think of any thing i do not like about my insurance company other than perhaps i'd prefer to have a local office a little closer to my home.
Farm Bureau
The negative point about Farm Bureau is that they are very slow when adding vehicles to a policy. They tend to be very inconsiderate at the local office.
Liberty Mutual
I do not like or dislike the company's customer service as I have no need to call the company for a technical issue.
Country Financial
I like how it looks and the overall design, but at first it was hard to navigate
Usaa
I've been a customer of USAA for 25 years and not only once have they let me down. Their customer service is the best in the industry and their product offering and pricing is best in class.
Usaa
I like that they have customer service representatives in us and have representatives that answer pretty quickly without much hold time.
Usaa
The premium is one of the lowest we were quoted on so I cannot complain. We will continue to use them for a while.
Usaa
At peak times there are delays, but that's to be expected. However, customer service always connect with you to acknowledge the delay.
State Farm
It was a bit tedious, but I got through it. They scrutinize everything so carefully, it feels as though they don't trust you and they think you're trying to rip them off.
Nationwide
The premium is equal to most other companies, they offer cheaper plans that are sketchy.
Nationwide
I find it easy to access the website and check out my coverages. Everything is well explained. The site is easy to navigate.
Usaa
I like the prices, the customer service, the reliability, the app/website, the responsiveness, and the way the price stays consistent over time.
State Farm
I really have no dislikes. They have been great and I've used them not just for home but also for auto for many years.
Allstate
California requires an acknowledgment of all claims within 15 days. In that state, insurance companies are required to accept or deny the claim within 40 days after receiving proof of the claim. If the claim is accepted, payment must be made within 30 days from the date settlement was reached.
State Farm
We would recommend this company as we have had plenty of support through claims that we had to make and can call and ask as many questions as we want to our agent. He is incredibly helpful and has made sure that we were taken care of completely. Couldn't recommend this company or its agents more.
Allstate
It's a popular company for a reason. It's large, well-known, has a relatively stable reputation, and Allstate as a whole just seems like a consistently helpful company. Although there are problems and insurance is expensive, I think Allstate is a good insurer generally.
State Farm
The price -- that's about it. I am looking for ways to easily save, and I think that I may have to put the effort into this to save in the future.
State Farm
The company has served us well and is easy to use. The processes are all pretty straightforward and not complicated.
Usaa
I have been dealing with this company for a long time, including before home insurance. I have been using them with car insurance as well as renters prior to this and I will never change companies. I know they are superior even if their premium is a little higher than the competition.
Farmer's Insurance
Has everything I need at a good price. Customer service is helpful and readily available.
