I like the company. My rates are good. I hope they are helpful if I ever need it.
I have not needed them but they send bills and receive checks and answer phone calls on time which is all I want.

As I wrote previously, the premium amount is good. The online website is excellent for use. The customer service is excellent as well. When I had a claim after a hail storm I was fully covered and paid without any delay or problems.

It is hard to get discounts on my policy rates. Every now and then I get a customer representative that has a hard time understanding what I am needing.
The only negative is that I cannot make a change on my home insurance with the APP. I have to call my agent or the company
We have been with Travelers for one year and we love that reasonable price we pay for home owners insurance. They are by far the lowest cost option compared to the other main insurers. We would rate them a 5.

Really truly enjoy the company overall is their commitment to their customers. This is marked by their first in class customer service and great attention to detail.
The only concern that I have is they need more discounts for seniors and special rates for persons who have not made any claims I over 15 years
What I dislike about the company overall is that the premiums are high for what you are getting overall. I also wish they would have a much larger range of things that will be covered.

Liberty Mutual gives us what we need, which is home and auto, for a price we can afford without overcharging us. Our tune might change if we have to ever file a claim with them.

I think travelers insurance is a stable company which will payout if a claim has to be issued. There is a local office which I like having around. There a cheaper companies but the value we get is worth the little extra.

As with any insurance company, they are not very responsive in regards to approving claims. My contractor and the adjuster's number were not matching in regards to my claim. This is the only issue I've had with them thus far.
My husband trusted and loved their customer service. We never filed a homeowner claim. He knew his agent worked with him for years. His agent also passed.
One thing I don't like so much about my insurance is that the car insurance premium went up about 200 dollars last year. But this year it went back down 150 so it's not all the worst.

There is nothing I dislike about it except maybe that the premiums have risen over the past couple of years more than I would have liked.
I think they would be better off with including insurance products for family members. There is no discount for having family members.

They sometimes subcontract out the claims work to 3rd parties. The quality is hard to keep a handle on with a subcontractor. When there are a lot of regional claims, they can get overloaded and slowed down.
Response time is slow. I did have a problem with the company not realizing that my mortgage company was responsible for paying the bill through my escrow. My insurance company kept billing me and making me responsible for speaking to my mortgage company about this. I felt they should have spoken directly to my mortgage company about this instead of inconveniencing me.
The mobile app will not let me make any changes to my policy. I can understand why but I cant make any changes
I do not like how they change their rates without telling you exactly why. That is terrible customer service and makes me want to find a new company. They need to be more transparent.
I think the premium is about $150 too high considering we live within a mile of a fire station and 2 miles within another station
The company can be difficult to get a hold of during times of need. For example, during Hurricane Harvey it was virtually impossible to talk with anyone working for the company during that time.
The large scale of a very large company is sometimes imposing and you wonder if the service would really take care of a singe policy holder of if they even care
The Only problem we have faced with Travelers is when we sold our vehicle that was bundled with our home insurance we called and they could not tell us how much out home insurance premium would rise due to no longer having the bundle discount.
