Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
I've had no problems with communication with this company. The people who all work there are friendly, helpful, and I can tell that they actually do care, which is important to me.
Gulfstream Property And Casualty Insurance Company
They are easy to reach if i have any questions they were within my budget, the coverage is what i need for my modest small home.
State Farm
I never have an issue getting in touch with my agent or a support professional. Online or via phone, I often have excellent experiences.
Grange Insurance
I feel like it could be a little better and it's partly my fault because of my credit score being very low I don't get the best rates from anyone
Farmer's Insurance
Our agent has always called to let us know of any changes on the company's behalf or any that we need to make. She has always been polite and very informative.
Grange Insurance
The website for the insurance company is okay it's nothing really special, I can see my statement and documents rather easily so I am okay with it
Nationwide
I'm kept up to date with any changes to my policies. I'm also notified of potential savings I could be getting. When I'm contacted, I'm not harassed into changing things on my policy.
Progressive
Very intuitive and user-friendly website. I handled an auto claim exclusively online. Easy to make payments and change coverage as well. I can handle most everything from one website in just a few minutes time.
Allstate
The only thing I would have to say I dislike is their fees. They are rather high but you get service that is worth it.
Allstate
It takes a long time to get a hold of them. I'm on wait for hours sometimes. They get back to me in emails in an orderly fashion though.
Allstate
Allstate so far has been more affordable and our agent is so much better than our prior company.
Allstate
I was able to bundle life insurance and auto with my home insurance, and it was easy to do online
Farmer's Insurance
After changing over to Farmers from a great insurance, we have been completely unsatisfied with this insurance. This insurance will come up with every excuse not to pay and every year goes up. After doing extensive research of the company, I have discovered there are thousands of lawsuits to this company for not paying. I would not recommend them.
Assurant Specialty Property
I would recommend Assurant for home insurance because they have very comparable offerings to other home insurance companies but they were cheaper and their customer service was very good.
St. Johns Insurance Company
We have not found any dislike except they are hard to get a hold of unless making a claim!
Allstate
There is nothing I dislike, I am very satisfied, I would not change the company's, especially with low prices and great prices, I really feel like I'm getting a good deal.
Progressive
I like the ease of access mainly. I feel the ease of access is most important. I am overall happy
St. Johns Insurance Company
they are antiquated when it comes to communication, slow to process and settle claims, and I am worried they will not cover me during a flood or hurricane. I am also worried that during a hurricane I would not be able to reach them. After one hurricane I was able to reach FEMA faster than I could reach St Johns.
Geico
I like how easy it is. you simply go online to do everything. you can pay your bills, check your policy, etc all on their website.
Liberty Mutual
I don't like that they have a cap on certain items, such as firearms when you try to get them replaced.
Travelers
I have had travelers home insurance through geico for about a decade. in that time we had one major claim which was due to a hail storm. the insurance company covered the damage to the roof and the siding. many other neighbors had their insurance companies decline the coverage.
