Farmer's Insurance
What i like about my agency, is not the insurance company itself, but my agent. they are thoughtful and i feel they are always looking out for my best interests when it comes to affordable home coverage.
They can be really, really persuasive (not in a typical good way). they really goaded me into getting the insurance even though at the time i didn't feel like i really needed to have the insurance
Progressive is a well-known company with pretty comparative rates. they are offered in most places, therefore even when i moved from ny to nj, i was able to avoid the hassle of looking for a new company to get insured.
Grange Insurance
At present, I haven't had to use either one of them I do know that they are available to use though so when I get time I will look and see how the site is
State Farm
I like the company because they are reliable. They take care of all my needs and offer better coverage at a better prince than any alternative I have found.
Exceedingly friendly, and always prompt in their response. They understand that when you call, you are usually upset because something bad has happened and they take the time to listen and reassure you that everything will be taken care of.
Farmer's Insurance
The online customer service is great but over the phone it's really hard to get in touch with someone. But when you finally do I will say they are fast, helpful, and friendly.
I do not like that I cannot view my policy coverage online. I would like to view my entire policy with ease on the company website.
Liberty Mutual
The website is easy to use and has all the information I need when I login. I can easily see my account, pay my bill, or view my policy. I've never tried the app but I'm sure they probably have one.
State Farm
I'm never entirely sure what my annual premium will be. It fluctuates a little from year to year, and they have pared back my coverage somewhat over the years. Not to the point that it's inadequate to my needs, but the paring back is never accompanied by a rate reduction. But I think you're going to have that with any company
State Farm
I love state farm , we have them for home , auto, and motorcycle . The people are always very nice , they help above and beyond. Plus there is a 1-800 for emergencies.
Erie Insurance
The customer service is generally helpful, but they do not proactively check to see what discounts are available to help me save money.
The company is great. Being a first-time homeowner can be overwhelming, so going through this insurance company made it a breeze. I shopped around before I found this company. They offered the best benefits at the lowest price.
Cincinnati Insurance
I don't dislike anything in particular about this specific company but I dislike Insurance in general. I don't like the fact that they cancel you when you make too many claims and I believe insurance is a necessary evil but still don't like it.
Cincinnati Insurance
nothing I mean they don't have a website and we have not communicated with them recently but that is not an issue.
Auto Owners Insurance
I really do not like how much I have to pay for my insurance and feel that the coverage is only for things like natural disasters which would rarely ever occur in my location. Flood damage from utilities within the home is only covered to a certain point so in reality if anything ever did really cause some damage I would be paying for it anyway. I don't like these companies approach my home insurance.
I really didn't shop around much when it came to home insurance. I used the allstate because my parents did with their house and said that they never ran into any issues.
American Family
the only thing I do not like is that inattention to the client they take a long time to get you to talk with a supervisor, or another worker of rest everything is very good and acceptable
Cincinnati Insurance
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about the company. Several families members also have the same insurance company, and they all like the company as well.
Cincinnati Insurance
they provide good coverage for the money, fairly decent response time for claims and they do pay what it costs to repair damages
