Over the past year, my auto insurance went up by $400. i am considering looking into switching insurance companies.
Allstate
Allstate was so great in the aftermath of a storm. they were prompt in taking care of everything and so kind while doing so. premiums are also very fair.
Allstate
I find the website easy to navigate. I do not have any problems finding the information that I am looking for when I am using their app.
American Family
I do not like that it takes three to four people on the phone before you get the person who knows what they're doing and how to fix your problem.
Allstate
The premium is very competitive and was about the same amount I paid for my previous insurance company. It's about the average most of my neighbors pay.
Farm Bureau
I've never really shopped around but from what I hear friends or other family member say we got a good deal
Farm Bureau
The company's premiums are reasonable. I like that I can bundle your auto. I like that they are quick to respond when filing a claim.
State Farm
I like that I can simply pay what I need and feel safe knowing that everything I own is covered.
State Farm
I like that they have agents in the area. Our agent is very good at answering questions and I do feel like she knows us.
Farm Bureau
if you call on a weekend or the holidays it takes a little longer to get stuff processed because the local office is closed and you have to call and go through corporate
State Farm
What we dislike the very most is the fact that our premiums keep going up higher and higher; even though there has not been any claims.
Liberty Mutual
I really like their customer service and how fast they are able to help me.
Geico
I cannot say one thing bad about GEICO except to say it is bad if you do not have them as your homeowner insurance company. I would say it is going to be bad and you will not like the consequences of dealing with your company when your roof is damaged by hail, wind etc. I suggest to anyone I dislike having other companies telling me that GEICO is a bad company.
Geico
I think they care about me which makes me feel like I made the right choice and I also think that I could have paid more
Allstate
I'm not very happy with the Detroit offerings in general, especially for older homes. It's basically impossible to get coverage for the full replacement cost. Allstate's exclusions are pretty extensive and it'll be hard to successfully claim almost any damage to the home itself no matter what happens and even with my riders.
Geico
I like the coverage this company offers me, the good attitude of the customer service department and the price of the premium which I believe is very fair.
Allstate
Overall, I like how all company interactions, no matter what the reason, is very easy without any type of hassle.
