Safeco Insurance
USAA offers insurance that has no depreciation and includes money just in case you have to be out of your home for all of the living expenses.
My family has been with Allstate for a long time, so I didn't do much comparison shopping. Suffice it to say that I find their policy offerings appealing, comprehensive, and easy to understand and work with.
Every time I have needed to contact somebody about a claim or needed other information, they have been very friendly and helpful. I have never experienced an issue.
My home insurance company is easy to work with and get a hold of. communicate is very easy with them.
State Farm
State Farm is more expensive than many other companies. However, the difference pays off when it comes to processing a claim. Their claim responses have always been fast and the claims folks were very fair.
I got a quote online from other companies and my company has the lowest premium and deductible out of any other companies out there. So I guess I sacrificed customer service for a cheaper premium.
Farm Bureau
I generally appreciate the customer service that I receive. Unfortunately, my agent is very hard to get a hold of, which is frustrating, but the primary person who answers the phone is usually the person I deal with directly.
The offer a lot of products and services in their policy. It can be as comprehensive as you want it to be.
I have had a great experience with my home insurance company. They are helpful and always try there best to get me the amount of insurance I need at the best rate around. They also have been quick and very fare.
State Farm
I tried others in the past and state farm has the most prompt service. the rate are lower and people are nice.
National General
My insurance company is easy to get in contact with. no long wait times or hoops to jump through when i need to speak to them and they're always very pleasant and helpful.
State Farm
In the few cases where i have made claims, they have been quite responsive and have paid the claims very quickly.
American Reliable Insurance Company
I have been extremely pleased with them. when i originally was looking for a homeowner's policy i was running into some difficulty because of owning a single wide mobile home. it had been remodeled and although i had proof of such a lot of other companies would not insure me unless the wiring had been completely redone in the mobile home. american reliable agreed to insure me at a fair market amount.
I like that they have always paid any claims that we have submitted and they usually get an adjuster to our house shortly after we call.
So far the friendly service has been positive when dealing with my insurance company. I also believe they have competitive prices for any type of coverage I need.
Overall they are accessible, friendly, professional, timely, and affordable. We have been very happy that we chose them and will continue to use them for the future.
I like the app, it really easy to pay my bill and view coverages. It's also easy to print out documents or save them to my phone.
American Family
The only thing that is messy is when we get a letter saying we haven't paid our premium because the trailer people haven't sent it yet.
State Farm
I would say the have friendly service reps. They call and check on you occasionally, which I think is above and beyond others.
From other people in our neighborhood, it seems like our premium is much better than theirs - and our deductible is much lower.
State Farm
I get all the information I need on a regular basis, both in writing and via email. I prefer email but don't mind regular mail which I keep for record purposes. All the communications I get are clear, easy to read, and have enough detail so I know what's going on.
We like that State Farm has a local agent because that means there is someone nearby who can react if we have an issue with the policy or need to file a claim. That's better than a disconnected voice on the telephone.
So far I have had no problems with the company, and they do provide the most affordable coverage for my situation.
Overall the brand can be trusted, We have bee with GEICO form past 10 years, never had any issue with them or service.
I have no bad things to say about this company.
We had a break in at our house. USAA was very easy to work with and we were able to get full reimbursement quickly and easily with very little questions. I was already upset so ease in replacing items was important to me.
The Hartford
They are definitely cheaper by a long shot. I did a lot of research beforehand and progressive had the best price.
I love their customer service and how valuable I feel when they speak to me.
Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a local agent to talk to face-to-face, but that would probably just increase costs and is not a dealbreaker for me.
American Summit Insurance
Overall we dislike their lack of organization within the office and their horrible website. I enjoy doing things online, so this part sucks.
American Home Shield
The policy period is very long. They have most of discount provide it but i am not satisfied
I think the premium is comparable to the competitors; however I do not think it is the lowest available. I stated in reasons above why I choose to stay with my particular branch.
