State Farm
I have had a great experience and my agent is amazing. She is great and makes you feel like youre not working with a large company.
I have been happy with the amount of service I have gotten from my agent and the insurance company. It can be frustrating to get a hold of someone to be sure.
I'm not positive from my own experiences Just from that of others experiences. I am satisfied with my Pricing highly. I have friends who brag now about how much they Save over their previous company.
Farmer's Insurance
Our home recently flooded. It took the adjuster a long time to come to our home. We received no payment due to not having flood insurance (we did not live in a floodplain). not even a phone call from our local agent.
i am recommend to this company for home insurance was easily apply and very kindness of staff.
Liberty Mutual
I would recommend Liberty Mutual because they are a good company. They are easy to get a hold of, customer service is well versed in their job, and there does not appear to be a hassle in the event that a claim needs to be filed.
They have more options and also are more reasonable.
My insurance company offered me multiple alternatives with varying coverage levels for both my primary residence as well as for a landlord policy on a rental unit. The differences were well explained.
The premium and deductible of my policy are very fair and are basically the same as other companies. I am very satisfied with the premium as it's not too expensive.
I rate them a 5 because they have numerous options for plans and their costs are very reasonable. And the fact that I can meet all my auto and home insurance needs with one company.
Safeco Insurance
I'm really satisfied. The quote was quick and easy and cheaper than other major companies offered. It's local and I know that I can drive up and deal with someone directly if need be.
My premium and deductible of my policy is great compared to other home insurance policies. I would rate Nationwide a 5 on price.
State Farm
Their agents have been very easy to talk to and i appreciate that, rather than it being someone that i can't understand or who seems rude or uncaring.
They are true to their words and if they tell you something, that is what it'll be. they won't ever give you the runaround about anything.
State Farm
We really don't communicate on a regular basis other than us to receive our bills every couple of months. If I have a problem I call and they fix it, simple as that.
State Farm
We then upped our deductibles because there is no point in paying for insurance coverage you won't need unless faced with a major claim.
Farmer's Insurance
I do feel like my premiums are a bit high given the level of coverage I have. Each year my premiums rise; however, I have never filed a claim.
State Farm
I think their website is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like that the app allows you to pull up your insurance card in the event that you lose the one that is sent.
The interaction with the company is great because there is a local office if I need a question answered about my policy.
Easy to use, ability to pay bills through the app, coverage for vehicles, home, etc. pretty much everything I need.
Safeco Insurance
They have the best insurance for the cost of the premium. The staff are professional in their behavior.
I feel like its a little bit high considering I’ve never had a claim, it should be cheaper.
Mercury Insurance Group
The only positive interaction I had was with a regional manager who told me after I had made the claim that my home had sufficient damage for me to stay in a hotel and that it was covered in my policy. Otherwise, my total experience has been negative.
State Farm
I like the company because it is popular and well known so I feel "safe" with them and confident in their services.
i would recommend this company because they treat you like family they have great prices and they help instead of take
State Farm
I would recommend this company for home insurance because of the cost of coverage and because of how easy it is to work with their agents.
State Farm
They really take the time to converse with you to see what your home & assets are worth. They ask you questions to see what you need, not what they feel you need. They are not pushy whatsoever. They really care. Great company!!
I love the company. They have the best coverage and make sure you are taken care of. They are efficient as a company and service.
Liberty Mutual
I had a real problem when my car broke down late at night on a dark highway. I called their emergency number to get a tow truck. It was a disaster. The girl had no clue how to help me. Ended up call a local tow truck. I called LM the next day and went off on them. They apologized and said they would address the issue. Not sure if they have done that yet. The company tv commercials are really bad and they need to find a new ad firm. I think I dislike that about the company more than ANYTHING!
Farmer's Insurance
The coverage seems to be enough for what we would need, at a decent price. They are professional to deal with, and they have an excellent website with everything that we need.
State Farm
The rates could be more competitive as I have had Erie and Mercury Insurance in the past and have been far cheaper for property casualty. The office is close and the agent is friendly.
