State Farm
Their agents have always been so helpful. anytime an issue arises they can get it fixed without feeling like i’m going to pull my hair out.
You will get someone online always whenever you are in need. you can get your questions answered even if you don't like the answers.
I have no dislikes for the company. I guess I am very fortunate to have been dealing with them all these years. They are always very honest and helpful
State Farm
I like that you can file a claim on the site and they get back to you quickly. It is also easy to view your policy and the details.
Stillwater Insurance Group
I love this company because they are helpful, reasonably priced, and I can bundle with my auto insurance. I have never had to file a claim so I cannot speak to how something like that would be handled.
I don't know that there is anything at all that I dislike about Geico. They truly are the best for my large blended family’s needs.
State Farm
I truly like how easy it is to utilize. Not hard to find the info you are looking for and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. No headaches with this site.
A "major" brand thus I felt protected should anything go wrong. They were also cheaper than the other big brands.
I really do not know. It has been a long time since I shopped around for home insurance.
I like the ease of communicating online. I like that my payments are automatically deducted each month!
State Farm
So far there's not really anything that I do not like about the company.
State Farm
I don't know that I can do this. They are awesome.
State Farm
For this particular company, I like that the issue could be resolved quickly without the need for a "pitch" from a salesperson. Trying to be sold on something you don't necessarily need makes things such as buying basic insurance a real pain and a thing people will avoid doing. Insurance for homes is important but they don't need to push services and extra costs for people who cannot afford them.
State Farm
I have no complaints about this company I will continue to use them, again and again, I have had no issues.
I suppose it's ok. Nothing is particularly remarkable about this company. I have never made a claim.
State Farm
The company is well known. They handled my claims in a timely matter even though the response time was not as fast as I expected them to be.
Progressive seems to offer a good deal of insurance options, and the rep we work with is very nice and understanding. Although I have mentioned that the rates seem a little high.
their insurance options are just as comprehensive as other insurance providers. I used to have State Farm and switched to Geico because they offered the same insurance for a cheaper price.
The company is great. I won't go anywhere else until they prove me otherwise. I have my car through them and everything is easily accessed in one location. Everything is user-friendly, customer service is polite and knowledgeable, as well as understanding, and my premiums are outstanding for what is provided.
Century National
I have had no major problems; however, I don't feel as though the company goes above and beyond for service.
State Farm
It wasn't easy to get the repairs sone when i made a claim. I had to pay ahead then get reimbursed which wasnt possible.
Mercury is a good liw budget plan but has decent customer support.
I would recommend them because they do give you a good deal and adequate coverage, along with adequate customer service. Overall, they check the box.
I don't like that i have to pay annually in order to receive a discount. i would rather have the option of paying monthly at the same rate.
Old Republic Home Protection
I unfortunately had a very poor experience with old republic home protection. however, something i did like about them was the fact that they had been providing good after sales service
I went with Progressive because of the monthly premium. For the same benefits as other insurance companies I was getting at a cheaper rate.
They are a fine company. However, please note that we competitively bid this insurance often and would change if the price delta where sufficient to make a change. We view house insurance alot like we view electrical company provision, it is a commodity and should be competitively bid often to insure that we are getting the best price.
I have always had good customer service with our homeowner's insurance company, but we have only had to make changes to the policy, we have never had a claim, so I'm not sure how the claim department would be.
I have a $500 deductible and high premiums. I have not yet done comparisons due to the fact that I have recently moved and too busy and also because I am so satisfied with my local agent.
This company has great customer service, we have never had to wait to talk to a representative, and they have always been very helpful. Not only that, they have been very friendly as they help us.
I would recommend Geico because they are easy to work with and have a plethora of agents to be able to deal with at any given time
