Farmer's Insurance
I like how when i first joined, my agent took the time to send me a letter and introduce himself. it was a nice personal touch.
Allstate
My experience with allstate insurance is half and half. they are a great company to have if you never have a claim. it is easy to make payments with this company. they have offices everywhere and they are easy to contact. when i tell others i have allstate, everyone knows who they are and they don't say "what's that?" i like having a "name brand" insurance. however, i have had some really bad experiences with them as well.
Geico
I really like the cost of my homeowner's insurance. i have shopped around to see what estimates i would get at other companies offering this insurance and geico had given me the lowest cost estimate and held true to that upon signing up for a plan through them.
Progressive
I usually only have communications around policy renewals. I've never made a claim. The communications have been impersonal and standard.
State Farm
It's lousy, to be certain. State Farm no longer offers the ability to get quotes generated online from their website, while virtually all others do. It doesn't make you want to stick with them when trying to add or change policies.
Allstate
Great customer service, easy to contact, not too salesy. Really no complaints at all, but then again I've only had them for 6 months.
Allstate
I like that they communicate well, have been helpful and polite. The website is easy to use. They are quick to respond to my concerns or questions.
Progressive
This company is helpful, affordable, and has great customer service. I would recommend to a person getting their first home insurance company.
