Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Liberty Mutual
Although liberty mutual provides great customer service and has a quick response to claim request, the monthly premiums, and deductibles are too expensive. the premium costs go up every year by about 15%, which is too expensive.
Farmer's Insurance
The farmer's insurance is bad service, when i call the customer service, it waiting for my long, it over 15 mins.
State Farm
I like the personal connection i have with my state farm agent. when i call state farm, she answers the phone. she has been there since i was 18 and now i am 42. she knows who i am, she asks about my parents and my kids. i feel like i can trust them, and every situation i have had.
Liberty Mutual
Liberty Mutual has exceptional customer service. I know when I call I am going to be beyond impressed with the professionalism and friendliness they provide me.
State Farm
There are multiple ways to communicate with our company so it is convenient. We can email, call, text or utilize the app.
State Farm
I like that they have good coverage at a good price with the bundling discounts. I've only filed a car claim before and it was fast, and my rates didn't go up.
State Farm
We did a lot of research before going with AAA, and are satisfied with the premium because they offered us just about the best rate once we bundled home insurance with our auto insurance.
Allstate
I have always been happy with the service from Allstate! They have always been very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issues and concerns. I would definatly give them a rating of 5!
State Farm
I have never used the claiming process just yet but I think it would be a smooth and easy situation
State Farm
The company has a long history and really stand by their product. They are not going anywhere so I don't need to worry about being taken advantage of.
Mercury Insurance Group
The only positive interaction I had was with a regional manager who told me after I had made the claim that my home had sufficient damage for me to stay in a hotel and that it was covered in my policy. Otherwise, my total experience has been negative.
Stillwater Insurance Group
I'm happy with the coverage I have and the customer service I have experienced. I have not had a claim or issues yet where I have to interact with them. Overall I'm happy.
Progressive
its a great insurance company, if you hate to advertising and be bothered with phone calls. I am hoping they answer phone calls when i need them.
Mercury
I would recommend Mercury to anyone, especially those who live in California. So many other companies are located on the East coast, and it is such a headache to try and deal with contacting a company that is 3 hours ahead of you. Also, they are the cheapest for all types of insurance that I have found. Lastly, they allow you to customize your coverage, so you get what you need for a price you can afford. I am very happy with them as a insurance provider, and recommend them to everyone.
Allstate
Yes, I'd recommend Allstate. If we were unhappy, we'd be looking around, but we are so we're not. I can tell others about hail and storm damage and how quickly they had an agent out.
Progressive
There isn't really anything I dislike from Progressive. I think the company excels in pretty much every possible way that it can be and that to be a massive plus to them.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I would mostly recommend Amica. My only hesitation in recommending is that since we've never filed a claim, I don't know how their claim process works.
Fremont Home Insurance
I don't like the lack of options and information on their website. I don't want to have to call my agent every time I want to learn about coverage options etc. This is the major drawback with the company since I have not filed a claim with them.
Allstate
In general, the insurance company I like is very complete and makes you feel very close to you, makes you feel special, safe and protected. and offers a wide range of coverage to be quiet. the service is excellent
Allstate
I like that they are always ready to help and I like their prices. It is hard to beat this company because they really want to help people that use them.
Liberty Mutual
They have reasonable rates, great customer service.Easy to understand statements, good customer service, user-friendly website.
