Farmer's Insurance
The communication with the actual insurance company has never been bad, however, the new agent that took over is less than pleasant.
State Farm
I love my State Farm Insurance company, they are always nice and have the best customer service. I think I would rate it on a scale of 1.
American Insurance
My rep has always gone above and beyond for me
State Farm
They have always been there for me to answer questions or respond to a claim when needed. They do not pester me with offers and things that I do not require
Allstate
The company's website is very detailed and is very easy to understand. There is an option for online help if it is needed. The site is very user-friendly and catches the eye easily. There are very rarely any errors when using, browsing, etc. The colors are pleasing to the eye.
Geico
There is a lot I dislike about the home insurance company. The premiums are higher and the service, although alright, is also limited.
Mapfre Insurance
I like the ability to bundle car and home policies and receive a discount. The policies are prepared on time and payments can be made via the website or electronically through my bank. Their local representative is also very good.
American Family Insurance
I dislike the way they communicate. They don't. I don't like how they own up to their mistakes. They don't. I really would like them to do their job.
State Farm
state farm is a good company but their premiums are not cheap and deductibles are high. Overall I like them and I can depend on them if I do ever need anything or to file a claim.
American Family Insurance
I would recommend this company to my friends. The agents are pleasant and very helpful the dis count program is great and the new Dream Reward program is over the top.
Allstate
If someone is looking for quality insurance i WOULD SUGGEST THEM, BECAUSE OVERALL i HAVE BEEN PRETTY HAPPY, AND THEY GET TO ISSUES QUICKLY.
Allstate
As of now, I don't have any complaints or issues with them. I haven't had to file a claim or anything either, so it could change down the road, but I hope not.
Travelers
long time holds and the prompt response are the two things they need to improve.
Nationwide
Nationwide is always a phone call away. if and when you need them, they will come right away to help you.
Allstate
This could just be my location, but employees seem to be getting fished out. i'm all for advancements in technology, i believe a computer can help me more than a person, but the actual employees seem to take forever. i am often left waiting on the phone or handled person to person in a very slow manner.
State Farm
State farm has finally realized that the world no longer needs community insurance agents. the agent in our area no longer feels the need to stay in touch. if we need to process a claim, we can do that online.
Travelers
I like their customer service. They are well trained. It seems they are not reading from a manual like most of the customer service. They can give you an answer to your question on top of their head. They are definitely well trained.
Allstate
I wish rates were cheaper and didn't increase each year, but I think that's common with most insurance companies so I guess it's just the way it goes. Based on my overall experience with Allstate, I would recommend them to people looking for good insurance at pretty reasonable prices.
