Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
They are kind folks, some of which i know personally from my high school who offered and provided me a lower rate than my insurance company of many years.
Farmer's Insurance
We would like to see their riders and options annually electronically. they may provide access online but i am not sure of this.
State Farm
I like how patient they are when submitting a claim or when i need clarification on something, such as a bill or payment dispute.
Usaa
I like USAA's homeowner's insurance because they have good customer service. There is always a person from the US when I call and they are knowledgeable and can answer my questions and are able to transfer me to different departments quickly.
Farmer's Insurance
The insurance company's customer service is fine. Again, they are no different than any other insurance company. It's my agent that doesn't return calls promptly when questions need to be answered or there is an emergency situation.
State Farm
The agent and/or her secretary have always been responsive to my needs and any questions or concerns I have had in the past. They are great about returning phone calls or calling to check on certain issues.
Usaa
I like that I am never on hold for long, and can call them 24 hours a day. I can also use online chat if I prefer.
State Farm
I like that State Farm is a good, reputable company that truly cares about their customers. The people who work there seem to care about me and not just my money.
Geico
We are very satisfied with all aspects of our Geico homeowner’s policy. We've found customer service to be helpful, as well as the app and website. I would recommend Geico to others for homeowners insurance.
Allstate
I do not like when rates go up. This seems to penalize loyal customers who have consistently paid without even making a claim.
Pekin Insurance
Very friendly staff and provide the best rates I can find. They do a good job of meeting my needs as a customer.
Allstate
I like that it exists and is easy to use, I don't need to talk to any actual humans when I have a question.
State Farm
I like that the company makes it easy to renew the policy every year. The online bill payment service is super-fast and easy to work with.
Usaa
After I received my check they wanted to see proof of repairs. They wanted a contractor’s receipt and not everyone uses contractors. We don't use them. We do the work ourselves.
Allstate
I like that we don't have to do much to maintain our homeowner's policy. My opinion on the company is based more on how they've dealt with our auto policies because I've never had to file a claim or deal with Allstate regarding our homeowner's policy.
Usaa
I would recommend this insurance company to people because they have very low premiums and excellent customer service. They are also very quick to respond to any questions or claims,
Liberty Mutual
Lowest home owners insurance I was able to find and I would recommend this company to friends and family.
Usaa
I would recommend USAA to anyone. The rates are reasonable and the service is awesome. They do not hassle you about your claim and you can submit photos online or via the app to get things started.
Farm Bureau
Overall, I like my insurance and I think they offer good customer service.they decided to change the rules for everyone, but in the end, they made it right.
Usaa
The prices tend to be higher than similar coverage from other insurance companies, and price hikes tend to be higher on average on an annual basis.
Usaa
There is nothing I dislike about this company. I wish every company was as responsive and caring about their customers and provided such good customer service.
Usaa
The only thing I could complain about really is the way they pass you along to one rep after another during your customer service calls.
State Farm
They are inexpensive and offer good coverage. They do not have any pet restrictions on their policies. Our agent is very responsive and is local. She communicates with us on a regular basis about our policy.
Allstate
I don't like anything about Allstate anymore. Initially, what I liked was the people that worked in the local office. I thought they had my best interest at heart. Once my home went through Hurricane Katrina and several storms since, I now know that Allstate does not give a rat's a## about me. They practice wants to collect premiums and then deny claims by giving some bulls### reason. Thank you for reminding me that I need to find a new company to cover my home owners insurance.
