State Farm
I would strongly recommend State Farm as an insurance company because they offer a great variety of insurance products, their pricing is fair, their customer service is terrific.
Century National
My only complaint on this company is that the earthquake policy is very expensive. my house is made of cinder blocks, which is probably why it is expensive.
The premiums and deductibles of USAA honestly can not be beat. While I wish there were more options, the quality of service for the price keeps me from switching.
State Farm
I would rate my insurance company about a 4 plus stars. I first got coverage through a referral from a neighbor and was handled personally by her through many years, she later moved. The service was great.
I'd definitely recommend them because as of right now I've had all very positive experiences and have no real reason to not recommend them.
We have a high deductible by choice because that fits our budget. We are under an umbrella coverage that includes most all of our possessions. The ratio is fair I believe.
Farm Bureau
They offered the same amount of coverage as any other company but were a bit lower in pricing and deductibles than most other carriers around the area.
the insurance policy provided by the company is a good one and very affordable i will encourage people i know to look forward to getting an insurance from the company. I would also encourage everyone to insure their homes.
Our home insurance offers pretty much everything we wanted. This is why we decided to go the route we did. We wanted to make sure that if anything happened to our home or anything in it we would be covered.
I have been a member of usaa's homeowner's insurance for three and half years. they have always been easy to work with, and when there is something in my policy that i don't care for, such as the cost of the deductible, they are willing and able to work with me at a price that my family can afford. my biggest disappointment with them over the years is how large of a company they've become, i have gotten phone calls from some of their customer service representatives who didn't properly read through my file prior to contacting me and that then wasted both of our time.
I have had a good experience with the insurance representatives on the phone. i have had to call twice - once for a claim that we did end up filing and going through the insurance to repair (the mold situation i mentioned earlier), and once for a claim that was not likely to meet the deductible level/criteria, and we did not go through the insurance to repair. we received good advice in both instances, and although it was frustrating to hear that we would not likely meet the requirements for a claim with the second event (ice dams and ice damage), it was the correct advice to provide and i appreciate their honesty.
Liberty Mutual
I have only been on the phone with them to set up the policy in the first place, but they were kind and helpful.
American Family
The website is easy to understand, and easy to navigate. It is very user-friendly
State Farm
I own a small home, so my premium is rather low based on that fact. I do not feel like I pay very much at all.
Farm Bureau
My agent's office is very easy to contact. They know me by a first name basis when I call. I like that. It makes me feel like they really know me. I don't ever have to speak to an automated system.
