Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
i have had other home insurance companys and i have not been very satisfied. compared to state farm thjey was not very reliable. and they do not offer the same policy offerings as state farm.
I would give USAA a 5 on this scale. They are an excellent company and their customer service is top-notch. It is easy to contact them, either by phone or online.
I don't even know the details of our policy, I'm sure I did at one time. But we've never had an issue filing a claim for any reason. We've only needed it a few times, but when we did we were covered and the process was hassle free
My deductible is $1000 and i wish that could be a bit less. As all my other insurance items my deductibles are $100 or even $50. Makes it easier to come up with $50 than $1000 in a short amount of time.
I am satisfied with my policy and what it offers it used to be better but it is still competitive.
Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company
My experience might be a little bit biased, because the company I was with split into in the last year and I got assigned to the new company with a new agent, in a new location. Because of this I am a little unhappy with them, especially with the new renewal process. However they still offer better rates than most.
American Integrity Insurance
I haven't had any issues with the company so I would recommend them to someone if this company was one of the options that they have. There are other companies that have lower rates, but you may not be able to get that company.
The premium is much lower then other insurance companies I looked at. The deductible is relatively high however I cannot see a circumstance where I will use the insurance unless it is catastrophic
Security First Home Insurance
premium and deductible were better than other companies. They offered to reduce premium with slightly higher deductible.
I don't like the fact that i have to make multiple payments each month. individual policies- though linked- require individual payments. this often leads to confusion at my bank as the amounts are similar.
I also like my home insurance because it is very easy to get help from customer service, especially through email.
Assurant Specialty Property
There also aren't dedicated customer service representatives, so the person you speak with when you call handles claims and any other duty.
State Farm
Their prices are a bit higher than few other companies. You may get what you pay for, but this is a consideration one has to make.
State Farm
I like that they keep us updated about changes to the policy. They send emails and regular mail on a regular basis to keep us up to date.
I have been with this company for 29 year. Occasionally, I will do some comparison shopping, but I have never found a company that gives me the cover package, premium, and convenience that would make me want to leave.
Farmer's Insurance
The premiums with Farmer's are a little bit higher but I went with them on my dad's recommendation because he's only had good experiences with them. So the extra price is worth it.
The company always interacts in a professional and courteous manner when we have to call them and talk to someone in person. They communicate effectively and efficiently.
The car was easy to work with, able to quickly process the claim and get us a check deposited into our account
Assurant Specialty Property
AS home insurance is one of the best home insurance company. because this company have very good customer service and have to friendly approach.
American Integrity Insurance
I don't like the fact that the company only sends me a renewal notice about a month before it is due and will come out of my escrow. This does not give me enough time to make a change if I was wanting to do so unless I had planned it out months ahead of time.
I like how prompt they were in helping me get my roof fixed after a strong storm blew off a bunch of shingles.
They are always there for me. I get email reminders and enough notice to pay the bills with plenty of time
My favorite thing about my insurance company is their customer service. I have never had a bad interaction when dealing with my insurance company. They really go above and beyond in customer service.
I'm a very faithful customer of USAA. They are accessible, welcoming, and honest. That's a rare combination in an insurance company. I recommend them to anyone who can qualify to be a customer.
The lack of an option to call a local agent directly in the rare instance when you want a real live person. I don't want some operator thousands of miles away with seemingly no vested interest in how they treat me.
Security First Home Insurance
There has not been anything up to this point that I have disliked about the company. I hope to continue feeling this way and hopefully, I will never have to file a claim with them in the future.
State Farm
The service provided is very good.Very good policies offered by them.Easy to apply for the policy. The employees help to fill the form and formalities.
I did have a bad experience with this company on another matter only indirectly related to me. For this reason, I most definitely can no longer recommend this insurer.
Easy to deal with, personnel are efficient, professional, always available, the local company, also offers to the bank, offices are easy to get to and plenty of parking.
People's Trust Insurance
I dislike that there is an increase in the premium but that occurred with the insurance companies in my state.
SO far I like everything about the insurance company. I guess the moment of truth will be if I ever have to file a claim but there's so much competition in the industry they would have to do a good job
I dislike their website as far as it isn't as up-to-date as it should be. They have had the same options for 15 years, and it's difficult to find exactly what I am looking for.
Tower Hill Insurance
What I do not like about this company is that it seems to me that they change personnel very often and it is difficult in this way to establish a closer relationship with their workers to obtain better care
