Safeco Insurance
Safeco has very friendly staff
State Farm
I am concerned with the fact that they are cutting back on coverage for where i live. this isn't a problem for me yet, however i know some people who have been dropped because they wont cover their homes any longer. this is a concern. its not directly connected to the company but it worries me and makes me upset that they can (and will) just drop longtime customers if the occasion arises.
Safeco Insurance
I have had a mostly positive experience with using the online interface for safeco and have managed most of my policy through the web portal.
State Farm
I have stopped communicating with the office associates. Maybe it is due to my general dislike of the insurance industry, but I do as much as possible through the website instead.
Erie Insurance
I feel like the premium I pay is decent. I don't really know the premiums offered by other companies as this is my first home. I didn't really shop around for coverage either. I went to an agent that told me which companies would offer me the best value. I would guess this is pretty decent coverage with a good price.
Progressive
They send you emails to look at your policy documents, discounts, etc. A hyperlink is sent to this email. So you click on the link and then you have to do the whole login process. Once you are logged in, it does not even take you to the site you were trying to view from the hyperlink. It is so pointless
Farmer's Insurance
The company has been prompt in handling our insurance claims, and I like the personal service they provide.
State Farm
I haven't really contacted them since signing up a year and a half ago, but there were good. They knew what they were talking about and were able to answer all of my questions.
Erie Insurance
I dislike the amount of the premiums. They seem very high. I wish that the company would offer lower premiums.
