Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Liberty Mutual
I have had a great experience with Liberty insurance. They treated me well and have very competitive pricing. They only recommended what I needed and did not make me pay for extra insurance items.
Stillwater Insurance Group
Stillwater is under the geico umbrella, so you can receive a multi-policy discount on your rate in addition to the convenience of having both policies accessible through one website. less log-in information to remember!
My husband and I did a lot of research when it came to deciding on a home insurance company policy. They are very well known too and were recommended to us by many friends and family members.
State Farm
I realize I am probably paying a higher premium for my policy because I do not shop the policy around, but I am happy with the premium and the deductible of my policy thats why I dont compare.
I am pretty happy with my deductible because it is not too large and I make sure I pay more monthly for that, just in case something were to happen. It is comparable to what other Companies would give me.
I like how their app is easy to use. it really helps me get my bills paid in a resourceful way. i really feel covered with allstate it's just good to know i have something to fall back on.
That the customer service - on the phone - has not been very friendly and helpful over the years, we often are put on hold or are transferred to several people before we can get to the point.
Nationwide does a great job of keeping up with me. They call once in awhile to check up on me and tell me if rates have declined. They really do a fantastic job of communicating with me.
I'm not aware about the premiums of other companies but the policy I got is not too expensive and I am satisfied with this
I like the agents, customer service representative, and I think for the price I pay my coverage is safe. It isn't the best coverage, however, the price is right and if something awful were to happen I feel safe that I would be taken care of by the company
State Farm
I like them for having a website that recognized my zip code. And i don't interacting with people rather than doing everything on my own time at a computer.
They have great customer service and are willing to bundle all of my insurance policies, prices are very competitive too.
They are excellent at communicating with me. I always call me if a new deal comes available or if I'm able to get a cheaper price or better deal or anything.
I really don't have any dislike for the company sometimes you may have to wait for someone to return your call but this company has been pretty good for me.
State Farm
I dislike that my rate could be lower I think. I also feel like there is not much special to me and my policy. I feel as if I am not getting the best deal.
Liberty Mutual
Friendly, helpful, no machines to talk too., Prompt in returning calls, welcoming when I visit the office, even with a claim.
State Farm
In terms of what I dislike, There is not a whole lot I can offer up for information here. I like very much the treatment I get as a customer. I wouldn't mind if they lowered the cost or gave me free coverage but I don't expect that to happen ever. aside from giving me a free policy, there isn't much I could want
Geico offers us more choices than other companies we have researched through the years. We appreciate being able to use one company for all of our insurance needs.
Fremont Home Insurance
I have no reason to dislike my insurance company. I guess a general feeling about insurance is that people do not get real value for their money. Wouldn't it be nice if other insurance was like whole life, and paid dividends?
It's easy to sign up and it has automatic withdrawals from my escrow account so that I don't need to worry about paying it, but that it's kind of all bundled together.
I would like it if the policy were a little easier to read. Although it contains a lot of info, I would prefer it be in laymans terms so I can better understand what is covered.
I am very happy to recommend my home insurance company Allstate to other customers.Allstate is having very good customer service and followup programs.
I would strongly recommend Allstate. I think it is an honest and fair company. They have always treated me great and I have no problems to report.
