What i like about geico is their excellent customer service. the representative is always patient and informative and makes me feel like my questions are valid.
Grange Insurance
My problems that i have with grange is that they are very hard to work with on claims and don't always respond in a timely manner

The customer service is friendly and polite. However, they are only able to help with a few things such as taking payments over the phone. For things related to the policy, they refer you to an agent.
Farm Bureau
I was with Geico and the premium was much higher even with autos added in. They kept going up every year as well.
The pricing for plans is a little high. and the on line chat support could respond faster than they have. call support is slow too. sometimes they dont get the issue fixed.
I have been with Geico so long that I haven't had a need to research the market for other providers to be able to compare differences in premium.
Allstate home insurance (renter's insurance, in my case) is affordable and has an easy enrollment process. Renewing is not difficult. Customer service is responsive.
State Farm
I would recommend this company for a couple of reasons. First of all, my State Farm agent looks for new products that fit my needs. Second, my State Farm agent calls to check in on my family on a regular basis.
