Aaa
I like it they are very good at getting back to us or answering any questions I may have when I call in. I can call or email them and they are always willing to go the extra miles.
Geico
I liked that the insurance company would have covered me in the event that I would have had to file a claim.
Geico
Geico gave me enough options to choose from for my rental insurance. Given prices were reasonable. I also was able to get it even though I am a foreign national.
State Farm
I like that the company got us set up with our quote, rates, and policy quickly and efficiently after we talked to them initially. There wasn't any procrastination on their part.
Utica National Insurance
There is very little to dislike about the company. My only complaint might be the relatively small size compared to others. I hope they will be able to stay in business and make good on all claims.
State Farm
I really enjoy working with State Farm. They are always willing to help and go that extra mile to show us that we are important to them. We have always felt important to them and that us were a part of their business not just another numbered customer. We will be a continued State Farm customer for life.
National General
The company is so large, that I feel like sometimes I am overlooked and there is not a lot of opportunities to provide feedback to the company.
Utica National Insurance
I like that the company is local and is able to provide a rate that is more tailored and competitive for my area. I wish I was using USAA though because I know that I could trust them to protect me and give me the money I need for repairs if it ever happened.
Allstate
i would not recommend allstate to anyone for home insurance. They were helpful after a major hurricane, but have not helped me with anything else. The normal and predictable events that happen to homes over time are not covered and the adjuster will give a different reason for the damage, to deny the claim/
Amica Mutual Insurance
This home insurance policy is good and recommended for people who have great credit rating and are responsible home owners in good standing.
Progressive
I like the company because they offer me good rates while also offering me the exact amount of coverage that I am needing and overall they are a good fit.
Liberty Mutual
I have a sneaking suspicion that with my rate increases each year, I might be paying a little more than I have to, and like mentioned, it's probably time for me to shop around and compare rates. I'd be more happy with the company if they didn't raise my premium. I don't know how realistic that is, but as somebody who's bill is always paid on time and has never filed a claim, I feel like keeping my rates steadier would be a nice reward.
State Farm
Lack of communication and I felt betrayed when they did not accept our claim.
Allstate
I dislike that they don't tell you how much the claim will affect your monthly premium. I also don't like how they only want you to go through their approved vendors and not your own.
Progressive
They are easy to work with and their website is easy to navigate. We also get a discount on car insurance by bundling.
Progressive
I felt like it was a little rude when they told me they would be terminating my insurance with them after they paid out a large claim when my house was robbed.
Allstate
Always available to answer any questions and issues that you may have. they do get back to you to answer your concerns and explanations.
State Farm
I am satisfied with my premium. I searched far and wide and was unable to find a premium that was any lower. Infact, this one was the lowest by around $100.
Aaa
When i had a flood 2 days before christmas, aaa was quick to help me find someone that would come out immediately and reasonably priced.
State Farm
They're friendly, and knowledgeable, they have no attitude and they don't transfer you a million times in one call.
Amica Mutual Insurance
Their rates are very affordable and the customer service process is very good. I wish they had more of a presence online for those kinds of tough things.
