i would definetely recommend this company. good coverage, pretty good prices, well known company. easy to communicate with, via phone or going to the office. you can probably email them too
State Farm
I have always had a good experience with State Farm's customer service, both with local agents and with the national number. They are always helpful and get me the answers I need.
I use Geico for my home and auto. I love them as their customer service is always top notch. They are just like you are talking to family when you call them.
Liberty Mutual
The company tries to assist me in getting the policy I am interested in. They work together with me to get me a price I desire.
Progressive seems to offer the most aggressive price for home and auto bundles. My premiums did increase slightly after the first year but this seems to be standard with other companies I have used in the past.
Liberty Mutual
I found the customer service at Liberty Mutual to be excellent. They have always been responsive to my needs. I like that I communicate with them via phone, email, or online chat.
Farmer's Insurance
The policy offerings from Farmer's Insurance are very competitive and are offered at the best price compared to other companies. I am very pleased.
State Farm
I've never really shopped around as I've had state farm home insurance for over 20 years. I do not know what I maybe missing if anything.
I have a bundle package with my car insurance so the price is pretty reasonable. I haven't had to use the homeowners insurance for anything major yet but it is comforting to know it is there.
They have always been helpful when I call and have questions about my policy. They have always been very nice and polite.
Farmer's Insurance
Farmers Insurance offered a great medium between cost and coverage. I really like having a low deductible and coverage that really covers everything. They offer enough policies that I could choose the one that was right for me.
Customer service reps i have spoken to have been very nice and friendly and were able to provide me with what i needed.
The price and quality are much better than the competition. their online payment is very easy to set up and a breeze to log in.
When i do have to ask some question, i'm usually stuck talking with someone who doesn't really know what they're doing until i get transferred to someone who does.
I like that i am able to take advantage of a multitude of discounts like having a fire extinguisher, deadbolt locks on my doors and having a smoke alarm.
State Farm
The insurance company calls me when something is wrong or doesn't seem right to them. They call promptly and never make me wait
State Farm
Whenever I have had an issue with my coverage or had to make a claim the people were always nice. They acted like they really wanted to help me and overall were just friendly people.
American Family
It's a little bit slow sometimes and the design looks outdated. It doesn't look slick and modern as you would expect a big company to have.
Their website is organized fairly well and makes it easy to use for the most part. Could use a little updating to make it look a little more modern,
I recently shopped around and found my multi-policy discount helped me get a good rate compared to AAA and Liberty Mutual.
State Farm
There isn't much but they do lack a quality website to pay bills or look at our policies and they waste too much paper.
Liberty Mutual
There is nothing I dislike about my insurance provider. I would honestly lie if I put in a bad review about this company
I am very pleased with Allstate. I have been a long time customer and I feel greatly appreciated. I feel that I can count on Allstate to take care of any issues that arise.
It is probably a bit more than other insurance companies, but I think I get what I pay for. There was a mistake earlier this year in my billing
Amica Mutual Insurance
the premium and deductible have the best coverage and best services compare to other they gave satification services to me
I like AAA for its office. It fulfills many needs besides my insurance needs. I like that I know my insurance agent's name and that he is usually available.
American Family
Overall, I like the coverage they provide. I like the ease of use of their website and when I did have to file a claim, I liked that the process went smoothly. There was no run around given and they followed through with what they said they would do.
