I cannot think of much that I do not like about the company. The deductibles could be lower, but how would the company pay their employees. Nobody likes having to file a claim or pay, but accidents happen.

Every agent and representative I spoke with on the phone or through email was courteous and very knowledgeable about my policy. They have all been extremely prompt in returning messages and phone calls and giving my answers I needed to make decisions. Everything was signed digitally, so I didn't have to miss work to come to their local office and sign forms,

we are satisfied with the service provided by the company and website is very useful. we can access the website through mobile app also. the mobile app is very useful for the payment method for annual payment.

So far, the process to switch has been easy. They sent us documentation quickly. We haven't had a claim yet, so it's hard to tell how they will react to us if we do have a claim. but overall, we are satisfied with how low the premium is for the same amount of coverage with Liberty Mutual.

The company is very reputable and are great with my customer service calls. I believe they stand behind what they offer and do a good job. However, I would be open to other companies if the premium rates are lower and benefits are equal or greater.

The only thing I dislike is I wish they gave better discounts for multiple policy discounts, and also included accident forgiveness.

I honestly don't believe I can say anything negative about the company. They operate a business, which cost the client (myself) money, but if I didn't have them or someone like them, then it would cost me even more money in the event that I had to pay for damages or injury.
