I would recommend USAA because I have heard people say that they respond quickly to your needs and try to fix the problem quickly.
State Farm
I recommend state farm because they know what they are doing and they have respect and compassion where others don't.
I only recommend this company because it seems to be one of the better options for us in our situation. This consideration is based upon the total cost and what the deductibles will be on a claim if needed.
I think it is cheaper and that is what I need, as I do not have a lot of money to spare right now, and thus it compares relatively good.
USAA has always had really good customer service, even though in the last few years the overall quality has deteriorated. I have never had any issues when speaking to them regarding my home insurance.
This insurance company has been great to work with and I recommend them to anybody looking for coverage for their home. I have used them for over ten years for home and renters insurance.
USAA doesn't make their customers feel like they did something wrong, when making a claim. I never felt like my insurance company was out to get me.I never felt like they were avoiding paying for a claim.
There are no other policies for the same price. I am able to have low deductibles and add additional items to the policy for full coverage for the price USAA charges.
Liberty Mutual
I'm satisfied with my insurance's customer service. Every time I've ever contacted them and needed help, or clarification with some accidental double charges, they've made sure to review them.
Citizens Property Insurance
Very good interactions quick to get in touch with and quick to get the answers I needed so I was very pleased with that.
I think the deductible is on par with other insurance companies. In fact we have accident forgiveness. Which is a great thing. So they meet the standard.
USAA caters to military, veterans, spouses and children of military members. Great company. Rates are always low or competitive. Available world wide. Responsive and friendly. Easy to contact anywhere in the world.
Safeco Insurance
Our premiums are reasonable and affordable. I've obtained quotes from other companies (albeit a few years ago) and our current policy was competitively priced.
State Farm
I think my premium and deductible are very comparable to other companies
I like that they have an app i can use on my phone. the app is very user-friendly and makes contact with the company very easy.
They are not always consistent with their policies. the pricing and details sometimes change based on where you live and your demographics which makes it sometimes misleading if you are referred by someone else.
I like being able to tell people that i have geico has my home insurance. very nice and affordable and everyone is jealous
While the customer service is great sometimes they seems to push me into services and or options which I don't want or need.
I was forced to talk to two different departments to get a name change done on my policy for my auto to make it match my own policy. This was something that they should have been able to do themselves after my initial request and not require me to call two different apartment to the same company and fill out silly paperwork
State Farm
I have a very good relationship with the company and we talk and have good communication together whenever we need to talk.
Assurant Specialty Property
It can be really hard to sign in. I usually have to, go to my auto insurance site to even get there.
Assurant Specialty Property
The customer service always answers the phone quickly and has a nice tone of voice, as well as always going above and beyond to be sure you don't have any further questions, no extra discounts you could get, etc.
Assurant Specialty Property
It seems to be fine but honestly, I don't really interact with them very much, when I did have the inspector come out the communication was fine.
We have been with them for, literally, decades. They have served us well through all that time and we have no complaints (other than its not free). I don't foresee us changing providers anytime in the near future.
Every time I call my insurance company, everyone is extremely helpful. They have an online chat option so that I can avoid long hold times.
State Farm
Easy to work with and a great company for house insurance and insurance in general. I do not plan on switching anytime soon, as they meet all my current insurance needs.
I can't say that I really dislike anything because they cover everything that I need them to, and their customer service has been excellent thus far.
Stillwater Insurance Group
I like that they are honest, and they answer my calls, I don't have any major issues with them, they paid on time, and made the process for me quick and easy. There is nothing I had a major problem with.
I'd have to say recommend, because I've had no problems so far, but don't really know because I haven't gone through a claim submission with this company yet.
When I made a claim the company referred contractors from their approved contractor network. The contractors were AWFUL.Work took much longer than necessary and parts were not done properly and had to be redone. This happened twice.
Assurant Specialty Property
Liberty Mutual is top notch insurance. They are available to help me at any time, and offer great roadside assistance, with many discounts available.
They raised premiums significantly without justification of new fees. There is nothing new that is being covered, and yet rates increased by 30%. Not a good company.
There is nothing I dislike about this company. I wish every company was as responsive and caring about their customers and provided such good customer service.
State Farm
I would love a more up-to-date website and the opportunity for email communication rather than phone calls, or even web-based messaging.
Overall, I like my insurance provider. They provide good coverage and customer service for the most part and are generally responsive.
Sometimes your customer services are too slow, you can take several days to attend a case, they say they will return the call and sometimes you have to call back to follow up on your claim
