State Farm
They raised our insurance after a big fire in my town. i did not claim anything because i was not hit by the fire but because the fire happened within ten miles of me they felt they had the right to jack up my rates.
Farmer's Insurance
They are a very energetic company that provides helpful and upbeat customer service. they are only looking for my best interests when we are in contact, and the prices are worth the protection. i am glad i made the choice to do business with them and would recommend them to anybody.
Farm Bureau
The company has a kind of narrow viewpoint and doesn't offer a lot of variety.
Liberty Mutual
Overall, I am happy with my insurance company. I like that they are friendly and easy to talk to. I don't like that I have to remain bundled to my car insurance to receive my discount and it doesn't function as a stand-alone company.
Erie Insurance
I called a few times when my rates increased on my auto policy and was told that it was because of other people being in car accidents in my area. That didn't make me very happy that they didn't have any advice or other assistance. It was very matter of fact conversation.
Farm Bureau
I feel that they are fair on their premium rates. It is the average rate that I have found when searching for insurance at the price of insurance that I pay per year
Farm Bureau
Customer service with Farm Bureau is awesome. Everyone in the company is friendly and helpful. My agent checks in with us occasionally to make sure that we're satisfied and to see if we need anything.
Geico
Geico gave me enough options to choose from for my rental insurance. Given prices were reasonable. I also was able to get it even though I am a foreign national.
Farm Bureau
I was with Geico and the premium was much higher even with autos added in. They kept going up every year as well.
Farm Bureau
I wish my policy was lower. And I wish that I had the option to pay my bills online with a card instead of having them drawn from my bank account. MY payment is fairly large and it would be nice to rack up points with my debit card by paying my house insurance with it!
State Farm
There is nothing that I dislike about State Farm. I did a lot of research when moving out of state and State Farm actually is superior to the company I was with for 20+ years prior to that (i.e., coverage, premium, etc.)
Allstate
I really like how responsive they are, how they explain everything in detail and how they take the time to really get to know me. They've also been very generous on claims payouts.
State Farm
Statefarm overall is professional and quick, They have competitive prices in assuming and want to keep your business whenever possible. I would recommend them for insurance to anyone
Grange Insurance
The company is a strong one with a base belief in customer service. They company has a good rating, seems to work flawlessly, and trains its representatives to know how to deal with all categories of questions that arise.
Pekin Insurance
The premium is probably the best thing so far. I have not filed a claim so I can't speak to that process. This company was cheaper for the same coverage
Utica National Insurance
I like its quality and efficiency, its website and coverage, I do not dislike any of it
Farm Bureau
There is not really anything but you have to pay a membership to the farm bureau to get insurance.
American Family
Best place to have insurance, period. All of their forms are simple to read, the agents are knowledgeable and understanding too! The fact that they can delay a portion of your down payment is also helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Americus, for being awesome.
