Farmer's Insurance
I am mostly satisfied with my insurance company. the policy is priced ok and the coverage has worked for me.
State Farm
I always think premiums are too high. If premiums were lower, collision repair companies and parts would likely be lower, much like in the healthcare industry.
I feel the options my insurance company offers is pretty comparable to other insurance companies. They all offer the same basic things. I doubt I could get anything different at a different company.
State Farm
My state farm home insurance company's i think is great. they offer me a great discount be cause my truck is insured and i have a great discount because it is on the same invoice.
It was the cheapest policy we could find to adequately cover our home insurance. Other insurances covered about the same, but they were more expensive.
I would recommend this company just because of how affordable it is while still providing a decent service.
Deductible is about average compared to the other companies. I did have the option to pay more per month if I wanted a lower deductible, which I decided was not worth it.
i would like to invest the amount to save my life to insurance company
I have always had good interactions with customer service they work with you to make sure that everything is going well
Erie Insurance
The premium and deductible for my home insurance is about standard compared to other policies. There's nothing exciting about the deductible; it's simply a pretty reasonable price that works for my budget.
i would recommend them because of their competence and also how they make their customer comfortable in terms of services offered
State Farm
Reps are always available and willing to help. I put in a claim and the next day a rep was there at my house checking out the claim.
We are able to bundle a lot of things with our home insurance, so those offerings were very important to our family. I think that is what sold us in the beginning when we were choosing insurance.
Erie Insurance
My experience with Erie has been good. I believe they try to find the best quotes and if I need them, they have been readily available. I've been with this insurance company for over 20 years.
Safeco Insurance
Safeco has been very good mostly because of the price. i have not used it (and hope i never have to) but i have compared periodically over the years and it is consistently the lowest price for the coverage offered.
Farmer's Insurance
We would have preferred a smaller insurance company that is a bit more local and personal. rather than a large company that will most likely treat its customers like an account number.
The thing that i don't like about my insurance company is the fact that is doesn't provide discounts based on loyalty. i would expect that if we continue service with them, they would decrease pricing year after year especially since we haven't had the need to utilize them to make any claims.
I have shopped around and this was the best offer for my house.
My premium goes up every year by at least 5%. I don't know what the other companies offer.
State Farm
I haven't had to make any claims so I don't know the full scale of what itÃḃ€™s like to work with them when I have a big claim
Amica Mutual Insurance
The fact that customer service is not 24 hours is a pain in the butt sometimes. I will forget about my questions by the time the office is back open the next day. This happens frequently.
Quick and easy. They took my information... Did their thing. Reached out to the necessary people and handled everything. I couldn't have asked for a smoother claim process.
I dislike going through a progressive because they make me mad on the car insurance side of things. It makes we want to switch companies just for that reason. They always change my rate and it's frustrating.
National General
I like the amount of coverage provided, the fact that it is at a reasonable cost, and am satisfied with the company's excellent online and telephone support.
I am always able to get what I need to be done when I talk to customer service whether it be something small or big.
Country Financial
I'm afraid what I dislike about my insurance would be applicable to any company- that there's a need in the first place! If the cost of living VS wages wasn't so out of control, I could just save my own money for any potential accidents and be prepared on my own. So I guess I don't really have any particular complaints about my company.
There is nothing to say bad about that company I will always admire it
Liberty Mutual
I can't think of any way in which I am dissatisfied with Liberty Mutual. They are prompt in their annual communication of coverage limitations and premium annually. Since I have never filed a claim I can't say if I would be dissatisfied with them in that respect.
I would absolutely recommmend them to all my friends and family because they have great service and great bundled packages for ultimate savings and value for your dollar.
Farmer's Insurance
We have used the same company for years. The only "complaint" we have is the outrageous prices of insurance overall. If the premiums could be lowered, and the coverage increased, we'd be ok with it.
Erie Insurance
when i called and asked about premium they gave me the same as figure they said before and the deducitible was the same .
State Farm
The only thing that I have to say that I dislike about this companyIs that their office is located on the other side of town. This presents more of a logistical problem for me.
State Farm
Compared to other companies such as Farmers, being under-insured seems to be a fairly common issue, although this has not been a problem for me in particular.
