State Farm
I had them as my car insurance and as soon as i made a claim they tripled my rates even though i was not at fault, just the simple claim caused them to go up.
State Farm
State farm is a little bit more expensive than other insurance companies, although you get what you pay for.
Overall I like my homeowner's insurance from USAA. The customer service is great and they make it easy to file claims. They do charge a bit more than other companies and sometimes they do try to add things on.
I have never had any problem with them. They are quick to respond and seem to have my best interest in mind rather than denying claims.
State Farm
I am not inundated with materials or communication but I also do not feel like I am ignored or an afterthought to the company. Overall everything is fine
This is our new home we thought it would be overwhelming to move and get a new home. But USAA helped us through the process and gave us great advice. I didn't dislike anything once I got over the nervousness of all the change
Tower Hill Insurance
It's fine, they send me bills, and I send them money. So far IÃḃ€™ve never made a claim so I can't rate them on how they would interact with me if I did have one. I don't know how they would interact with me.
Citizens Property Insurance
I wish the premium was lower, but it's covering $100,000. The agent said that is the usual procedure for a house of my value. I wanted it to help cover any damage to the roof, fencing, windows, and doors, but can't get those specific points.
