State Farm
The agent with whom i have been dealing is responsive and addresses my concerns and needs in a very professional and knowledgeable manner making sure i get exactly what i am looking for.
Assurant Specialty Property
The drawback to having a smaller insurance company is that they are only open during normal business hours. sometimes it's better to be able to speak with someone in the evenings when i'm not at work.
Assurant Specialty Property
At such a low rate, even i am able to afford insurance for my home. this company makes insurance easy and accessible.
Safeco Insurance
I like that I can access all of my information from the portal. It is quick and easy and has the information just a few clicks away.
State Farm
They give me a fairly good deal and have had good service. I'm not one to shop around and switch to save a couple of bucks. I'd rather just stick with one company. They also bundle with my auto insurance. So that helps make it a one-stop shop
They don't call me at random because it's the day the payment usually goes through (unlike State Farm) and unless something happens they kind of leave me alone. It's simple but effective communication
Farmer's Insurance
Aside from the premium increase, I have nothing but good things to say about my company's customer service. Any issue we have ever had, has been dealt quickly. My agent is very good about contacting us to make sure we still have the proper coverage, and to make sure they are saving us as much as possible. I haven't had to file a claim yet, but am confident that if I do, it will be dealt with in a speedy manner.
Farmer's Insurance
It is cheap and covers my costs if something happens to my house.
They are a great company to do business with. They are always prompt in helping me out and go above and beyond to help me and my wife with what we need. I will plan to stay with them for a very long time.
What I like about Geico is their available almost 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I like that I can get all of my questions answered when I call them about my policy.
I like the USAA mobile site because it is easy to navigate. It is easy to find any category. The labels are straightforward.
I don't dislike anything about my company. I just wish other companies were as awesome
At this moment, new customer by 3 days, I have not one issue with my new insurance company. All the documents I was able to pull offline, all purchasing was completed online, and I haven't had to deal with anyone over it. It's been great.
In addition to great online services and customer service, I have all of my financial and insurance accounts with USAA: homeowners insurance, car insurance, rental property insurance, bank (checking and savings, and investment.
The only thing that anyone could dislike is the fact that there are no physical locations. The agency is spread across the country and all transactions must be done online or via phone.
State Farm
I would definitely recommend State Farm as I have had several homes insured with them and have been very happy with their services.
I would certainly recommend USAA to any of my friends (who meet the eligibility requirements for USAA) who are shopping for home insurance.
Travelers was the only company that was able to insure our home after Super Storm Sandy hit the northeast. We are not in a flood zone but we do live close to one and other insurance companies charged huge premiums for the same coverage we have with Travelers.
Farmer's Insurance
Recently started comparing rate and I am paying almost double for the same exact policies. I don't make claims on my insurance and can't get around it.
They have the best price for our area, the best service and were very helpful when we needed to file a claim.
Overall company has good relations with the customers to provide accurate information.
State Farm
I am so satisfied with this company. I have always been given an answer right away and I am always pleased with how well they handle my questions.
