State Farm
State farm has been pretty good. I switched from Geico and i am more happy. My agent is always easy to contact and responds to email which i prefer over calling.
Their the website is somewhat confusing. it is hard to tell exactly where to navigate to in order to find what i am looking for. sometimes i find myself confused as to how i got to a page.
I would like to go totally paperless with them, but they still occasionally send me paper statements.
I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. As I previously mentioned, USAA is great. They will take care of your claims quickly and with little to no headache. They take good care of their customers.
I would rate allstate's customer service at a 5. My agent is very friendly and values my business. They work with you to find the best coverage for your budget. I've been with several different companies.
They are very helpful when we have questions about our coverage and policy terms and documents. and also with any payment questions.
Farmer's Insurance
Claim service on line 800 number is too long to wait for when doing a claim when it is big like hail damage. they have you hold longer than normal and maybe extra staffing is important.
The premium seems like a normal rate. It was comparable to other companies. Also, it was worth convenience of bundling.
State Farm
The only thing I do not like is forcing to have insurance which is extra expenses which I would like to use elsewhere. But I know that I may need it one day. I know this is not the fault of the insurance company but just a personal gripe
I think they could be easier to get in touch with. Sometimes I don't want to use the phone, and since they don't have physical branches anywhere, calling is the only choice for me.
The USAA website is super easy to use. I can file claims, make policy changes, and make payments using the website. I can also see exactly what my policy covers and ask questions about any aspect of my policy.
State Farm
The lady I talk to is always friendly and professional. Any documents or information that I request, she is always prompt and follows up with phone calls to ensure I received it.
Farmer's Insurance
Honestly, their customer service is pretty standard, compared to other companies' customer service, because GEICO advertises their company in commercials, which most companies do, but GEICO had a way of keeping people connected.
I think that overall USAA is good but not perfect. I would prefer if their prices were lower for sure.
State Farm
They do a good job, and they are friendly and seem honest. I have gotten coverage with them for a long time, and so I also am lazy to do much shopping outside of my current policy.
I think the company overall has been very good, and they have been very transparent with me. I am satisfied with all aspects, especially the customer service and communication I have encountered thus far. I think the pricing is all reasonable and everyone has been very helpful in explaining what I am paying and why.
State Farm
I don't really have anything negative to say about State Farm Insurance, there was a billing issue once upon a time, however that situation was rectified and an explanation was given as to why the bill was messed up.
I would definitely recommend this insurance company to anybody who would like awesome customer service that is always available and ready to help.
Unfortunately USAA is only for military/ veteran families therefore thats how they can provide such stellar services, but once someone in your family is in the military for an extended amount of time.
Overall, Nationwide seems fine. it is a decent price and similar enough coverage so that I have not shopped around in the last 6 months
Only thing I dislike about the company is that it was very expensive to start with progressive and the application process was tedious and frustrating but after I was an active member it was all an easy process.
American Family
The rep is the deciding factor in doing business with American family General. He works diligently and gets me the best price.
Liberty Mutual
There are a few points that I do not like, but as far as the interaction with its users is failing and as for the page, important information is always needed in that aspect
They have great rates. Im paying very little compared to other insurance companies. There customer service is very good as well when I call
If anyone has military connections, I would strongly encourage them to look into USAA policies.
