its like first we enter inside with out any idea they provide and guide us a way how it will help to pay down payments
Customer service with my insurance company is great. This is a local company that is so helpful and friendly. I never have to wait on hold and they are quick to answer. They are also very knowledgeable.
I have a kind of high deductible in the off chance that something really bad happens. Having a lower payment was more important to me at the time I was buying.
Liberty Mutual
I think they are at least worth checking out and comparing rates. Without having ever made a claim, it is hard for me to recommend completely, but so far we have been pleased with their rates.
I like the local office and their services, I do not like the price and have never had a claim since I owned the house. I think I'm being overcharged though and that isn't good.
I would recommend them. Their pricing seems competitive and we've never had an issue with customer service or handling claims. I would give them a 5 at this time.
State Farm
I would recommend this company because they are reliable and will work with you after a disaster. The claims process is easy and every employee I have interacted with is kind, respectful, and professional.
The company doesn't negotiate premiums. i have been a customer with them for a really long time and i feel like they can work with me on my insurance premium.
State Farm
My agent sends me letters with other insurance offers, in case i need to add more coverage to my current policies.
From my experience, and that of others I know, overfilling seems to be a real trend with Geico.
Century National
My earthquake policy seems a little expensive. i have a cinder block house, i guess policies for this type are more expensive.
I have used the customer service before and would rate the highest, I filed a claim. The service representative was friendly courteous and did a great job.
It is fine compared to other companies. I don't think about it beyond that.
Safeco Insurance
They are always there when I need them and even in the middle of the night they have very knowledgeable people answering the phone
State Farm
They have been top notch with the communication of them and my expectations during the whole claim process
I dislike how much mail they send me. I wish I could recieve E documents instead of paper ones.
They are very pleasant. They will be very cordial when explaining how your rates are going up, up, up. Don't like them.
I have to call as the app does not feature customer service capabilities. They are responsive and quick when I do need to call.
Safeco Insurance
I like Safeco because they are an old, solid, A rated company. They are easy to deal with and the HO price has stayed just about the same (the auto has gone down).
Liberty Mutual
I don't dislike anything about the company and find that they have been nothing but helpful to me with any task I have come across. I have not had to file any claims yet either.
Farmer's Insurance
I dislike that home insurance is outrageously expensive. I don't think it represents any real value and is tantamount to government-sanctioned robbery.
I would give it a 4. Its a good cheap route to go. I really wish that it was cheaper for the minimal amount of coverage i got though.
I like that they are reliable and are a respected and trustworthy company. I like how convenient they make it use their services. The customer service is also good
State Farm
Overall, the company provides me with a sense of security. I have had my current insurance company for almost 20 years and I have never once had a major issue with them. I know that if need be I have that extra protection available to me and great customer service agents to assist me along the way.
Extremely satisfied with the services and premiums are given to me so I like the company
I like their professionalism and responsibility for all your services.Their pricing matches with nearly any company we could find
