Farm Bureau
It is very hard to get a hold of them to be quite honest. I was trying to gather information on what were the specifics on the coverage and nobody would answer back.
American Family Insurance
If I was to rate American Family insurance I would give it a solid B. Overall my interactions have been positive online and over the phone.
I believe my premium is competitive with the national average. I am satisfied with the price that I am paying.
I would recommend them since I found they offer the best prices. I checked with several large insurance companies and found Progressive offered the best savings of at least 200 dollars a year.
State Farm
I have been with State Farm for 30 years, and I have never had a problem with the company or their local agent and his staff.
I've never had any issue with them. They communicated with me a couple of times a year via email to let me know they are available if needed. My rate seems to be fair when I have shopped around. They are a small local shop and are active in my community.
I am rating Progressive as a three. This is only because I have never made a claim against our insurance so I don't know how they would perform with a claim.
Farmer's Insurance
My agent is very responsive and communicative in general. I've had a couple of claims and the ease at which he has responded makes me recommend him personally and Farmer's generally to my neighbors.
Farmer's Insurance
Farmer's insurance has a positive and professional reputation which is important to us. it's key to having a trustworthy insurance company when it comes to your home insurance.
State Farm
Rates can be too high. lower rates with a little more coverage. some packages deals have more rates than others.
Farmer's Insurance
My insurance company covers what i need and allows me to choose what exactly i want covered. there are some coverage policies offered by competitors that won't let you choose a le carte options which means you are paying for coverages you don't need.
Farmer's Insurance
There isn't anything that I don't like about the insurance company, Again I'm not exceptionally impressed with the insurance agent that took over for my original agent a few years ago...
Plummer Insurance
I like that they support our local community at fundraising events and generously donate back to the people who support their business.
Farmer's Insurance
When we first bought the home, we had a different insurance company that ended up dropping us in 3 months’ time. They didn't like how some things on the property looked and instead of telling us and giving us time to fix them, they just dropped us. Farmers insured us and helped give us a timeline on what needed to be fixed and when. We were able to better afford the updates having a timeline and appreciate the company was willing to work with is and still provide us with great coverage.
I haven't needed to contact my insurance company since beginning of my policy. I would expect the same level of satisfaction in the future however.
Liberty Mutual
We've actually had little experience with customer service for our house policy beyond our initial set up and changing a few things on the policy here and there. At that time they were helpful, polite and pleasant to work with.
Farm Bureau
It is a little hard to navigate via mobile phone but it is very accessible through the laptop. Also if you have any questions about how to use it there is a phone number for very reliable customer support.
The Hartford
I chose this insurance company for its high quality and because it keeps my home insurance covers in its entirety the real estate of my house the exteriors and the gardens its premium is very low so I can pay it in full
State Farm
I have not had any negative experience with this company other than maybe their lack of communication with me. Other than their provision of insurance to me, I lack experience with them to judge further as far as claims/customer service. They did come to me highly recommended, however, so I'm hopeful that when the time comes, it will be a positive experience.
The bills are always correct and I have never had an issue with the frequency that they contact me. I will say that I wish my local agent would review my policy once a year and let me know if I still have the coverage that I need but he is more than willing to do so when I ask. There is no newsletters or other such things that flood my email.
State Farm
I feel that their customer service and premiums are adequate and they do an acceptable job at an acceptable price. Definitely room for improvement though.
Since my agent is a family friend we are a bit spoiled here. He is always pleasant and helpful and has our best interests in mind. I wouldn't go with anyone else. It's not necessarily the company, but the agent that makes it for me.
They have always been very helpful whether online or on the phone. My questions are always answered satisfactorily.
Farm Bureau
GA Farm Bureau has always treated us good. The agent is always available within a reasonable amount of time and answers all our questions. They paid our claim quickly.
I would recommend this company for home insurance because they have good customer service, great rates and minimal agent and selling presence. They also tend to have decent online payment options.
liberty mutual insurance companies are offering to the home insurance to the customers this offers are variant to the customer satisfied only .
Farm Bureau
I would definitely recommend this insurance to someone who is looking for a more hands on approach. If customer service is important to you, the higher premiums are worth it.
American Strategic Insurance
The coverage is great and the price is very competitive. I am very satisfied so far with American Strategic Insurance.
State Farm
I do not have any issues to say that I dislike the company overall.
Farm Bureau
The company is one that I have been with for several years, therefore, it has become comfortable. I appreciate their small town feel. Everyone I have spoken with is very polite and customer service is a priority for this company.
