Latest Home Insurance Reviews

I have been with this company for many years. They have always been good to me. They have an excellent track record and have a good reputation.
National General
Up until this point, i do not have anything that i personally do not like about them. everything i've ever needed has been dealt with appropriately and promptly.
Grange Insurance
What i don't like is that the policy isn't as good as the one i had with my previous insurer and they didn't cover one of my claims that i submitted.
State Farm
It is extremely easy to deal with state farm in trying to secure insurance and their agents are knowledgeable and receptive.
State Farm
I like that my agent is someone that I can call and I know they will get back to me.
State Farm
The customer service that I have received has been outstanding because of their quick response. All of my interactions with the company has been positive.
Farmer's Insurance
I had insurance through a different company before my current policy. The other company charged a little more for less coverage. The other company had even made an error that left me unknowingly uninsured for six months while still charging me for coverage.
State Farm
I am satisfied with the price we received, and the purchasing experience was better with State Farm than it was with the competitors we tried. Although you hope never to use your insurance, of course, there will come a day when we need to file a claim. When that happens, I think I will learn a lot more about what I like and dislike about the company.
It is non-intuitive and difficult to navigate
Farmer's Insurance
Submitting a claim and once or twice requesting that my policy be slightly modified has always been very easy to do. Customer service has always responded very quickly and professionally. I've never had to stay on hold for too long and I have no complaints overall.
i find its hard to get more as a loyal customer, since they treat all of their customers with the same level of service
Southern Mutual Insurance Company
The main thing that I dislike about this company is that I do not have car insurance or life insurance through them, so I am not able to get a multi-policy discount or something of that nature.
I have all my insurance needs covered by Allstate except for motorcycle. They cannot beat Progressive's rates. I know once I update and review my coverage needs with our representative and compare that to other companies, it will be comparable in price and coverage. Customer service has always been friendly and good to deal with.
I think the company is professional with everything they are and stand for. They are great to do business with and I will stay with this company for a long long time.
American Home Shield
I have never had any issues with the company. Sometimes going through my agent to get to them and back to me, but not directly.
Country Financial
It cover contents and fixtures specially for property owners.people like feeling more secure financially so i can recommend this insurance for people to start with
American Family Insurance
My insurance company gives fair rates compared to other companies in the area. I stayed with this company because of the friendliness of the agents office
Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company
I don't have anything negative to say.
I dislike working with insurance companies in general. It is always stressful, and it feels like they are penny-pinching sometimes.
Geico has awesome customer service and they make it extremely easy to use the website or app. They just make everything streamlined.
State Farm
The only thing that I can think that I don't like about the company is the fact that I don't have the ability to change any part of my policy on their website.
