The ease of dealing with this company via their website and telephone is just so awesome. I rarely have to call them for clarifications, as the website is so well done that I generally can find the answer I am looking for. My account is at my fingertips. They are fair on their rates considering I live in Florida and homeowner's insurance can sometimes be difficult to obtain. They have never faltered in their excellent service.

The only complaints I have ever had is about the mobile phone app. It never loads correctly and sometimes just closes itself out altogether in the middle of doing something.

They have been efficient in helping me purchase the home insurance, and all correspondence that I have had with them has been kind in nature, and has left me feeling that I am in capable hands. Not too many dislikes, however If I could choose one thing to change or modify, it would be the price point. Lower deductibles, lower premiums, and an increased cost of coverage at the same or a lower price. Also, the verification process when you call in. Perhaps an automated verification process so you can skip giving your social security to an associate every time you call in.

There are the minimum nuber of branches in the arround the city. So, the customers was travel the long distance then enter the insurance company and the lot of customers enter the same branch.

I like that the company is flexible and able to make changes for me quickly. They can re-quote me my policy within minutes and get me the documents. I've dealt with companies in the past who take hours or even days to get you the documents that you need.

I like that Liberty Mutual was pretty easy to get homeowners and auto insurance bundled together. I have the low car and house insurance because of this. This was partly due to the fact that I have a credit union account with one of their partners so I was able to save money. The also had the lowest rates compared to their competitors.

I think they have excellent customer service and their reps are knowledgeable and helpful. As with many companies nowadays, I don't have to be transferred several times to talk to the person who knows the answer to my question. I thought they made the claims process simple and understandable.

Signing up was very easy and the costs are extremely competitive. Our adjuster was very nice and quickly did his job. Liberty did payout the entire amount needed to fix and replace damaged areas.

I don't have to deal with a local agent; I can just call and speak with a claims agent at a call center. The agents are American and easy to understand. However, they are only available during regular business hours, and some hours during the day on weekends, and not 24/7.

Overall, I like the coverage, discounts, communication, and ease of payment with LM. We get a number of benefits and discounts on other products we use because of our coverage. We use payroll deduct for our auto policy, which also makes things very easy. They were responsive to our claim and ensured we received our payment in a timely manner.

I DO NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT LIBERTY MUTUAL. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WE USED LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR OUR AUTO COVERAGE, AS WELL AS OUR HOMEOWNER COVERAGE, AND I HAVE SINCE CANCELLED OUR AUTO COVERAGE. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I WILL ALSO BE CANCELLING OUR HOMEOWNERS COVERAGE WITH THEM AS WELL.

There was a point when our roof need to be replace and they told me that we need to do it within 60 days which seemed reasonable. Then a week later we got another letter saying they had cancelled us. That was obviously contradictory and really upset me. When we had the roof replaced they were quick to restore our policy though.

Nothing so far. They haven't done anything negative towards me over the two years we've had them. They leave us alone when we want to be left alone.

I just don't like paying for homeowner's insurance in the first place as I think it is too expensive no matter how you look at it. I also have to pay flood insurance separately and I wish insurance companies would include that in our homeowner's policies. So that really isn't a slight or negative against Liberty Mutual, but the insurance industry in general.

I do wish they offered more discounts or rewarded me for having a policy with them. Additionally, when I have inquired about increasing coverage on my house the cost has been prohibitive and I still have issues with what is potentially covered and not covered in the event of a claim. In terms of the language of my contract, I wish parts of it were easier to read and understand.

I didn't like that I had to get a physical for life insurance but most companies require that so it was something that I had to expect anyway. I wish it were easier to get life insurance than having to wait for blood tests and such, but that is for protection I suppose.

There is no personal relationship with the company. If there is ever a need that I need to file a claim, I feel I will be dealing with an unconcerned rep in a call center somewhere, who will have no familiarity with me until he/she reads into my account.

What I dislike about the company overall is that the customer service people can be a little combative sometimes but I am quite good on the phone so I have always gotten my way it usually just has come down being able to talk to the manager of the company and they always give me what I want so all in all there are more positives than negatives about this company I would still say their customer service is good that it just needs a little bit of improvement.

They have slowly increased their rates over the years. However this year it took a large jump adding almost $40 to my bill. Property value has increased but it not that much compared to previous years

Overall, I do not like the increasing costs for the same level of coverage, even without having filed our first claim. Also, we have added security systems and other safety features that provide a discount, but in the next renewal, our premium still increases.

We switched to Liberty because they could keep our premium lower than other companies, however after only one year they raised the premium significantly. Had to phone other companies to see if they could match and when they did Liberty came down in price.
