I like that my insurance company provides all of the documents that i need online. the forms are very accessible.
State Farm
I have a tough time getting a hold of agents if i have questions. sometimes the hold time can be somewhere in the 20 min range waiting on dial tone.
Our contact with the local agent has always been a good experience. they have been helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance.
State Farm
I would like our premiums to stop rising because of "surrounding" claims. It has never once gone down due to the same reason which makes me a bit suspicious on if that is truly the reason. I have asked our agent and that is the reason she says and can't provide much more info than that.
South Carolina Home Insurance
My insurance company is the absolute best! they cover everything! from water damage to wind and others! i'm definitely thankful for sc home insurance!!
State Farm
I never had a problem with my insurance company and they always seem fair and prompt. I never have to worry about anything with my insurance company
Grange Insurance
There is nothing that I dislike about my insurance company. I would be thrilled to spend the rest of my life with this company.
State Farm
I have heard others complain that they don't think they were given enough money for their claim. So I don't feel I can completely trust that I will be treated fairly.
St. Johns Insurance Company
I have no idea if their customer service is good or not since I have never had a need to call them or place a claim during the time that I’ve had them as my insurer.
Farmer's Insurance
The company inspected our house prior to enforcing our policy without our notice. They later determined we needed to do a repair that cost us several thousand dollars before our policy could be in force.
Farmer's Insurance
I really have nothing negative to say about them at this time, so I am just writing words to get to 20.
State Farm
They used to have good rates and good service. The place is very accessible if I want to make changes to my policy or have a question.
I dislike the interaction with my particular agent. I must rather use the company’s website but there is nothing better than being able to talk with a real person.
I think that you get what you pay for. They have very good customer service with agents who take the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand. Their coverage is enough that I am not carrying more than I need yet it is enough that I feel comfortable in the event something would happen.
Grange Insurance
my policy is not available online, so I feel this company could update their website to allow for this access, especially in this age of technology.
State Farm
I would recommend state farm to anyone asking. Their premiums are competitive and they are fair minded when it comes to claims.
So far I would recommend the company based on the premium and the policy coverage. I can't say anything about the customer service yet.
Our family has had no problem with the insurance company for the last 5 years and do not expect any problems in the future.
I like that is a very stable company that most likely you will not have problems with
Farmer's Insurance
I have always found them to be reliable, have integrity and have always dealt with any issue in a sensitive and positive manner. I am completely satisfied with both the agent and the company.
My insurance companys customer service is awesome. They have helped us with everything including our recent move with the military. They explained all of the details of the policy and what the coverages are.
I dislike that Allstate does not have an office closer to my home. When I call a representative there is also a long of a wait time which I like do not like.
