Geico
I would recommend Geico to everybody because their customer service team is excellent and their prices are the best
State Farm
I dont remember my deductible but the three years that I had the home insurance never used/need it. The damage during hurricanes have been minimum so far
Allstate
I would recommend AllState to a friend or relative because over the years they have been prompt and fair to us for any claims we have had.
Allstate
The customer service of this company extremely satisfies me and they gave immediate response to the questions and the answer was acceptable.
Travelers
I would recommend them. The two times we've had to call them, they were prompt, handled our issue, and had contractors out to fix the problem asap and handled all payments.
Geico
I have been happy overall with my service from Geico. My rate seems fair, and fortunately I have not yet needed to file any claims. I would rate my overall experience as a "4"
Allstate
I always give five star for this customer service because they are very best in all the things and activities so they are just awesome in helping customers all the time
Allstate
Prices seem to be reasonable for the amount of coverage. the flood insurance, however, is not included when in other companies it is.
Nationwide
Nationwide is a company that is always on your side. with their home insurance, you are covered and in a good way.
Esurance
The second is their customer services lines when i have needed it since they are easy to contact and i have had positive experiences speaking to a customer service representative.
Geico
I like the good customer service, online tools, and affordable rate. I have no experience in dealing with claims, so I am unable to speak about that.
State Farm
Customer service is great, they are nice people the monthly payments are low like I needed. I really like state farm
Progressive
I have not needed to speak with customer service yet. So, I do not have a rating. But like I said earlier, I'd like to be able to get new quotes without having to speak with someone.
State Farm
The only thing I dis like about State farm is their premiums tend to be higher than other insurance carriers. Also, their rates continue to increase, and they don't have many options for discounts. They also do not permit you to have a joint account with someone you are not married to or directly related to.
Allstate
The only thing I am not happy about is my premium going up so much after I filed my last claim. I knew I would lose my 10% claim-free discount, but my premium went up 30%.
Liberty Mutual
I would recommend the company because they seem to meet our needs for multiple insurance types in a bundle. They are easy to use with online access to the policies and access to live agents when you break down and need towing.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I have been very happy with my home insurance via Amica. They are typically quick to respond with questions or adjustments to our insurance.
Progressive
I haven't had to use them for anything. However setting up services was really easy, I feel like contacting them with any concerns or questions was relatively painless.
Progressive
I would rate them a 5 and recommend them as a home insurance company to others. Overall, I'm very satisfied and there would be no reason for me not to recommend them.
