Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
I don't know how well State Farm compares to other insurance companies. I have had State Farm for homeowner's insurance for 18 years since I bought my first home.
No need to wonder about you being offered with the best rate for they got the best and with updated insurance offering
We would recommend Progressive since they have saved us money and provided good service, but customers should always competitively shop for their insurance.
I would recommend this company, because I have had a long experience with them, and I have had only good reviews about them as well
American Insurance
The interaction between us is minimal which is the way I like it
Most insurers set the average minimum homeowners deductible at $1,000, while others put the minimum at $500. Most insurers will allow you to raise the deductible if you'd like.
I am satisfied with the deductible I have for my policy. I definitely pay a little bit extra to have it this low but it beats out some competitors.
State Farm
Customer service has been great with State Farm Insurance. I rate them a 5 because anytime i need a question answered or need to change something on my policy they are always there to help.
Amica Mutual Insurance
In that Amica Mutual Insurance is the best insurance company i think they give many policy all the people are liked that compared to another company's this is the best one.
I believe Progressive had the same offerings as other insurance companies. I chose Progressive because they were cheaper.
As I remember, since I started to use this home insurance I really am happy. The customer service is really helpful and gives me all information bout the house.
State Farm
They have always been responsive and open to review. I have not had many claims over the years but they have been responsive when I've asked to modify coverage.
Liberty Mutual
Renewal paperwork is often last minute not allowing the customer to accurately compare services for renewal with other companies. this ultimately costs the customer more if they can't research the best rates.
The company needs to foster better relationships with these customers offering them additional support during times of uncertainty and problems.
State Farm
They could be a little cheaper. I have only one claim in like 20 years (see above). My home value hasn't gone up that much to warrant the inflation of the premium really... Also, they mail me VERY long before the premium is due. So sometimes it gets lost in the shuffle. They could time their mailing to be a bit close to the due date, not two months or so before.
I like the company's mobile app because I'm able to look at my coverage and pay my bills just as if I was on the laptop/computer. It appears to help streamline my needs.
State Farm
I love how friendly and helpful they are. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They always answer my questions to the best of their ability
Farmer's Insurance
They generally don't reach out to me, and as with all insurance, it's something that you have that generally has no use.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I like the company, there rates were the bast that I could find. Every time I call with a question everyone is polite and take their time to answer my questions and concerns.
Liberty Mutual
I filed a claim with liberty mutual several years ago and then the process using the app to submit and monitor everything was very seamless. I filed the claim, heard back from an adjustor almost immediately (same day), and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Once the adjustor came and approved my claim, I was able to monitor everything on the app or using Liberty Metal’s website. It was all very easy and straightforward.
State Farm
Very prompt to get back to customers they are very supportive and explain things easy for customers new to the company
State Farm
Their rates have become less competitive. For whatever reason, they will not insure against earthquakes in my area while other local companies will for a fairly inexpensive premium. My personal agent has moved to a part of town that is further away and I've never actually been able to speak with him.
Safeco Insurance
The thing I like about the company is people will have good advantages regarding the insurance and the positiveness in the company.
American Family Insurance
I would recommend American Family Insurance to others needing home insurance based on my interactions with the company.
American Family Insurance
I would recommend this insurance company for your home insurance. It is inexpensive and I was able to apply very easily when I was purchasing the house a few years ago. I haven't had any problem with it so far.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I would recommend Amica to others because they offered us the lowest premium price. We have had good experiences with customer service and they are highly rated.
American Family Insurance
first I was introduced by my friend, I liked the way they talked and received me they give as assurance of my house with the good policies the most I liked by their services
State Farm
There is not much that I dislike about the company but with them being a large company you get the usual problems such as it not seeming very personal to the person you are speaking with. That's the main problem I have, which isn't a big complaint.
