Latest Home Insurance Reviews

As noted Geico has the lowest premiums and deductibles compared to others who I have checked. Others are not even close for price. I give them a 5.
Foremost Insurance
Great customer service. Local agent who advocates for me. Easy claims process and bundling discount with car insurance.
Liberty Mutual
I would certainly recommend our insurance company. It is a fair deal for the money and if someone wants to get home and auto insurance together, it is a good deal.
I would recommend this company because of the good reputation they have. I've never used it, but have used the auto portion and have no complaints.
The customer service has always been quick to respond to any outstanding questions that I have had. I think they could be a little more trained on different procedures though.
Auto Owners Insurance
We have found Auto Owners offering as good or better than other companies. Before Auto Owners we had State Farm and were very displeased with them.
State Farm
I would recommend this company for home insurance since they are easy to work with, provide good coverage, andseem to have good qualities.
Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company
While not me directly, I have heard from others than in Hurricane situations, the company was very quick to pay out and with very little. Any disaster like that, that is the kind of company you need. I have dealt with other companies in my car in situations that were a much bigger hassle.
State Farm
Statefarm provides a comprehensive coverage on our homes that covers weather damage. if we have hailstorms or snow damage, state farm will cover it and we feel more secure with it.
I do not like having to call into a call center to speak to an agent. i sometimes feel like i know more about what i am talking about than they do.
Allstate always provides a better service as per requirement to me and my family. it is the best insurance provider
State Farm
I don't like how lately my billing has been very messed up. They were charging me monthly for an already paid in full policy.
State Farm
They've always been very easy to contact and I've been able to communicate my needs easily with them.
I feel my premium is very satisfactory and acceptable to pay. There are many places that charge so much more for so little coverage and it is sad so I am lucky to have what I have
I'm satisfied because they provide the lowest rate with the same features and coverage as other companies.
Foremost Insurance
They requested I remove a couple of trees from around my house
I find the website is very easy to use and navigate through. The summary highlights amounts and also gives the option to determine if you have adequate coverage. I like that the amounts are in large bold print.
Easy to request a claim with a 1-800 number. The whole issue can be resolved in one call with the company handling everything.
Auto Owners Insurance
I was dismayed when the adjuster wouldn't let us claim the most recent water damage, but perhaps it was because this wasn't the first time we've had problems since living here. I would think they would want to help us out anyway, but I'm not certain about the fine details of such things so I have to assume they had their reasoning for doing so. I suppose prices could come down a bit as well. They're always going up. We've paid far more into it than we've ever gotten out of it.
State Farm
I feel they give us the best products out there for the money. The agents and CSRs are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer, they get it for you, that's what I like the most about the company. I also believe their pricing is very competitive but fair.
The Hartford
pretty well covered above low price good coverage and the added breakdown insurance was a winner
State Farm
I like my agent, the office staff, and I am satisfied with my previous experiences.
I would defintiely recommend that a person at least get a quote from this company to see if it fits their needs
State Farm
I suppose I'd recommend it for it's seamlessness and ease of use. I don't have to dwell too much on the small stuff or any one particular part of this overall hassle.
I would recommend it because of cheap rates. From the other side, it is very convenient because of its online access 24/7
The Hartford
My insurance company insured my house for the amount of insurance that I wanted. The age of my house other insurance companies won't insure it but for a certain amount.
I would have to say it is a combination of things. Our Allstate representative is outstanding, the coverage is excellent and the claim process is fair and rapid.
Since we have had no issues or claims, I can not say how I feel about their claims, but as far as their services, we are satisfied.
