Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Progressive
I use progressive insurance, and have been doing so for the past five years. the reason i do so is because this is my first home, and most of my other family members use progressive as well. because the company was referred to me by others, it made the most sense for me to give the company a try. i loved the company so much that i ended up switching my car insurance too. the representatives have always been attentive, understanding, and helpful
Geico
i don't like their customer service when you do have an issue, especially when it comes to potentially delaying a payment for financial reasons. i don't get the impression that they are very friendly or understanding of economic downturn
State Farm
i am very happy with state farm insurance, and there are so many offices where i live, that i actually have one right across the street and one down the street a couple blocks.
State Farm
I like pretty much everything about their communication protocol, even with the main company line. The times that I have had to call the home line/800 number the staff has always been extremely quick to address whatever it is that I needed.
American Home Insurance
It's an insurance company, they paid out our claims and can't imagine getting a better option from other locations. This was set up by our realtor, who we trust and at least our premiums will be locked for now.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I like Amica because they had the cheapest rates when we were shopping for home insurance companies. They're still cheap.
Metlife
What more can I say? Very professional, compassionate, easy to communicate with, work with the customer to make sure everything is understood. A top-notch company!
Geico
Geico gives me all the tools I need from a local agent that can help me to an app on my cell phone, I just think they cover all one's needs to get the right answers and make you feel like a highly valued customer.
