Latest Home Insurance Reviews

I am not sure what others offer, I have been with the same insurance company and agent since for over 20 years.
I would highly recommend and have recommended this company to others. They have amazing customer service and are great with getting you the lowest rates possible.
I rate them a 1. I only have insurance because somebody makes me as it is useless. When I got the quote it was the lowest so I purchased it at which point they raised the price.
State Farm
I would recommend this company for homes because for the past 10 years they have serviced me well. I have utilized and benefited from their services greatly and don't intend on leaving their insurance company.
USAA is a full service provider who has not given us the slightest reason to doubt their worth. If you have USAA as an option, be sure to take their services seriously.
Great customer service and availability. I also use them for my car insurance and get a discount for having two services through them.
I would recommend because they are very responsive for all inquiries which makes me stay with them.
Premium seems to be reasonable. At times I've seen them increase without my knowledge. I had to go in and adjust myself which was annoying.
My insurance company has the same range of products that other insurance companies have - I can set my deductible and chose what special features I want in the plan.
I have only used the home insurance company after moving in while the house was under warranty. I have not used my insurance company since and hope I do not have use them for a long while.
I'd recommend USAA to anybody who would ask my opinion! The problem with this company is that "membership" is restricted to current/past service members and/or those who have immediate family members who are.
As my insurance company for home and auto, i enjoy the ease with which my claims are handled and the convenience of online or using their 800 number as a member.
State Farm
The state farm's insurance prices are absolutely high.each time, they continue to raise the price customers are becoming more aggressive.
I do not have many positive things to say about allstate at the moment. i have spoken to one nice agent so far
Safeco Insurance
It is important to have earthquake insurance in my area since it is prone to earthquakes.
Liberty Mutual
When I shopped for insurance, some companies were as high as $2000.00 a year for the same coverage and same deductible. Liberty Mutual was definitely the lowest.
The premium with USAA is much lower than all the other companies that we looked at for comparison
They are responsive and always resolve my problems. We've had to file multiple claims with them over the years, and they've never raised our rates. There's nothing I don't like
Farmer's Insurance
It is cheap and rolled into my mortgage, so that is nice
My overall dislike about my insurance provider is much harder to outline, however, if I could change anything about the provider it would be the online sign-in process on a desktop/laptop. The interaction through mobile is much easier to navigate and faster to navigate.
State Farm
I like that there are a lot of different agents. I also like that you can call State Farm at anytime because they have a 1-800 number to help you.
California Casualty
I had the same agent for about 30 years. He recently retired and my new agent is young, pretty and very eager to assist me. I like her a lot and expect that all things insurance related will go well.
There isn't really anything I can think of that makes me dislike the company. I'm happy with my experiences so far, knock on wood.
I hate that they are not local. Their phone service is great but sometimes doing things face to face has value. That is the only shortcoming that I have experienced. I think they do a good job compensating for the phone thing.
I feel like I don't necessarily get the lowest rate with my company. But I feel like I'm paying for quality and customer service. I'm not just a number. It feels like they truly care about me as a customer, whereas other companies could care less if I was a customer or not.
The only thing I like about the company is that the policy is reasonably priced and seems to cover everything we may need to cover. I'd like a lower hurricane deductible, but I'm not likely to get it, because I live 20 miles away from the Gulf of Mexico. I've heard some people say that they're likely to drop you after the first claim has been processed.
I would like more ways to lower my premiums. They do not offer a wide enough selection of ways to lower costs. If they did this I would be even happier and would recommend them to anyone.
Liberty Mutual
I would recommend my home insurance because I have not had any problems with them. At the same time I would not go out of my way to recommend them, since I have never experienced an instance where I would need to make a claim. I don't know how well they will do in such a circumstance.
State Farm
I had a bad experience when need to put a claim in for my renter's insurance when I had a robbery at my place. They refused to pay and brought in their lawyer to interrogate me when I was the victim of a crime.
The price is very similar to the other policies I compared it to and so is the coverage. I did feel the premium was a little expensive.
Liberty Mutual
I had a real problem when my car broke down late at night on a dark highway. I called their emergency number to get a tow truck. It was a disaster. The girl had no clue how to help me. Ended up call a local tow truck. I called LM the next day and went off on them. They apologized and said they would address the issue. Not sure if they have done that yet. The company tv commercials are really bad and they need to find a new ad firm. I think I dislike that about the company more than ANYTHING!
American Family
As I said before I like everything about the company, especially its good and fast attention both to the client and when it is necessary to solve a problem
Safeco Insurance
I like how they are the cheapest and have always answered right away and answered any of the questions I've had. Other companies called me back weeks after I called.
