Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Erie Insurance
I would fully recommend Erie for home insurance. The rates are reasonable, the coverage options suit our needs and our experience with claims handling has been absolutely first rate.
Auto Owners Insurance
We are extremely satisfied. They have had great customer service; we really like our agent. If she is out of the office, we are able to handle things with another associate.
State Auto
I would say I am at a three. I feel our rate is appropriate for our home, but of course I would always like to save more money.
I would rate my insurance company a 5 in terms of customer service. I've never had to file a claim but they have been helpful getting accounts started and transferred.
I will recommend it, but your might need a good home insurance seller to deal with. It is the seller give us a good deal i think.
State Farm
My agent recommended it as being very reputable and the rates and coverage were the best offered for me.
Farmer's Insurance
I would rate this a 5 as well. They cover so many things that many other companies do not offer. Or, other companies may offer certain covered items in your home but for additional rates.
American Modern Insurance
I also like american modern because i have a specific home insurance agent that is assigned to me. because this agent is assigned to work on my case, he is very familiar with me and my home insurance claims when i reach out to him.
I really love this company because they have great deal and quality of service that I can trust. People recommended this to me.
State Farm
State Farm is generally a bit higher than other insurance agents, and the deductible and coverage are more than likely the same as others. Our deductible is $500.00
American Family
the app for this insurance company is not so safe.
The Hartford
All of the staff that i have spoken to over the phone or in the office, have been beyond friendly.
State Farm
I am not given any information about ways to save money on my insurance or protect myself from new threats that could be developing in the area.
State Farm
State Farm does often raise the premium on homeowners. Even with no claims submitted, there are periodic increases in their pricing. In order to get fair prices on the premium, I must bundle car insurance with the homeowner's package.
Grange Insurance
What I really like about the customer service is that they are always prompt in getting to me when I have a question and they do not outsource for the call center
Auto Owners
I don't really have many complaints about the company thus far. If anything, I would say they need more availability on their webpage and mobile app, and would like to see more options for lower deductibles.
Farmer's Insurance
I like the fact that they always put the customer first no matter what. They do make you feel important and that you are being heard. And they have amazing customer service.
State Farm
I like that he sends my bill to me each month and every year will send me a birthday card. He also sends emails which is easier for me.
American Modern Insurance
I've never heard from them, which is normal, I guess. They aren't super good at communicating about anything, really. I'll find out when I file a claim.
There is nothing that I really dislike about the company. I just wish my premium was a little bit lower. I understand though with my home age and with an old unused building on the property.
State Farm
The company overall is good. They take care of me as a person and know me. They are a big business, however, so they are not perfect. Things run slow. Anytime you deal with a slow process that like that, pains are felt. Overall I would likely not switch though as I am sure that slow process exists in all companies.
I am satisfied with the service and how reliable they are and how they promptly correct my problems. I am also satisfied they have good customer service.
State Farm
There is nothing I dislike about the company. I think that they are great and should be around for a long time.
American Family
The price that they quoted our house seems a little high to me. Also they don't work with you much on the price.
Farmer's Insurance
I would recommend this company for home insurance. Our agent is very careful and concerned about my parents' home and will always answer my mother;s calls.
Synergy Insurance Group
I dislike insurance companies as a whole. Their tendency to drop someone when they need them the most is abhorrent to me. It defeats the purpose of insurance altogether.
I think that the prices they offer could be better and that they can work on improving the number of physical locations they have available in my area.
Only thing is some female customer service representatives should be more skilled to understand and meet the need of the customers.
American Modern Insurance
They never contact me and don't really seem to care much about servicing my policy.
State Farm
I didn't do any shopping around for a home insurance policy. I have always had my auto insurance policy with State Farm. He set it up and I am very happy. I would give the policy a 5.
