Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
So far so good i guess there have been a few bumps along the one month road but will have to wait and see if they are worth the money
Allstate
They don't like to pay for anything. they like to drag things. cases are hard to get resolved and paid.
Progressive
They have a great website and it is easy to navigate and search when-when you are thinking about new services
Rvos Insurance
One thing that I like about my home insurance provider is that my agent is always available to answer any questions that I have. When I call my agent, even if he is not able to take my call right away, I always get a callback very quickly.
State Farm
Price is a little bit higher than some of the bargain insurance outlets, but you get what you pay for. State Farm is well worth the slightly higher prices you may pay.
Allstate
It's easy to use and it has all the information that I need about my policy readily accessible. I have a hard time remembering my login sometime, but it's easy to reset.
State Farm
I dislike that my agents are constantly changing and no one ever notifies us. It is truly frustrating finding out that I have a new agent and I wasn't notified.
State Farm
I think they are no better or worse than other companies. I am satisfied as long as I am able to get through easy with calling. I hate talking to computers and I think they are slightly better than other companies.
Liberty Mutual
Liberty Mutual has outstanding customer service. If you need to call them for an emergency they are very helpful and understanding. They are there to answer any questions about your policy.
Nationwide
When we shopped for premiums a few years ago they had the best actual premium for what we wanted. we have a number of homes cars and a boat so it was the total premium that mattered, not just once the house
Allstate
The premium for our new house dropped significantly when we moved 1 year ago. We get substantial discounts by combining car insurance as well as homeowners. Other insurance companies are higher and I don't know if I can trust them.
State Farm
Overall confusing things that are told by customer service or inconsistent rules applied at the time
State Farm
Their color scheme is absolutely awful. Red and tan? come on folks that are no brainier for disaster. I like the red but I think they should go to a gold. or some sort of dark wood stained color with the red. Maybe like walnut.
State Farm
The top item that I would highlight is their knowledgeable staff and ability to communicate with me on a one on one basis, filling in the gaps in my own knowledge and being understanding to my situations.
Progressive
I like the competitive rates and the technology platform of the mobile app. While I have never filed a claim with this company, I feel they are trustworthy and reputable based on my research and overall feel the value I receive is comparable to other companies with a slightly lower premium and the same value.
Rvos Insurance
My premium is low but my coverage is good. The company seems fair and dedicated to customer service. It is easy to use and affordable. I feel safe and protect by my coverage.
