I pay $150/month for full coverage on Mapfre insurance in Arlington, MA 02476. On a scale of 1-5, I would rate them at a 5. We had a bad water leak a few years ago that caused substantial damage, and they were extremely efficient and helpful. The house, which has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, is our primary residence, and we have been with Mapfre for over 10 years. It can be challenging to get hold of insurance agents, but once they are reached they are very easy to work with. The house is approx. 50 years old, with a new shingled roof. We do not have a swimming pool or a security system, and we did bundle home and auto insurance.
I pay $105 10 months, for a $1050 yearly premium. My current insurance provider is Liberty Mutual, managed by a local insurance agent. The insurance covers water damage, fire, storm damage, and liability. It covers altogether $50,000. I would give my insurance company a 4 out of 5. I am located in the middle of Hull, MA 02045, USA. I have had the insurance for about 15 years now. I like that I can easily contact the company if I have questions or concerns, and that they cover storm damage. The only issue I've ever hard is with damage by a blizzard took a few months to settle.
