My overall favorite part of the company is their customer service. They have been there when I needed them and treat me like an actual human instead of a paycheck.

What I dislike is how expensive it is. It isn't really a company problem because all insurance is expensive. I just wish it was cheaper because I feel that will pay more money monthly then will every get in return for a claim.
Overall I like the ease that I can make payments, review documents, and start a claim online if needed. I have also been able to talk to people directly when needed, and they have always been very responsive.
Of course, the thing I dislike the most is the premium. However, I recently shopped other companies and the premium was not out of line with others in the industry. I decided to stay with them rather than save just a few dollars because I knew their customer service if needed.
I think the price is fair and my one claim was paid promptly so all at all quite satisfied. I will continue to do business with them.
I find them to be both reputable and excellent, they are available to help me reach my goals in every way.
Overall, I really like the service I have with progressive. They have saved me a lot of money, and although I haven't had a house claim, they've helped me with car claims before and they've been really great. I like the options of paying online, and their customer service is some of the best I've had. I really can't say much else.
Overall, my one complaint about progressive is that I wish they'd have a chat option on their website to help me with questions and changes to my policy. I'm not the biggest fan of calling in to people. Their website could use a little bit of love, it is kind of plain, but it gets the job done. I'd like to see an app (or a better app) from progressive that lets me manage everything on my phone.
Overall Nationwide Insurance has been a good company it is the new agent that has not been satisfactory!
At one point, they keep on reassigning our agent to another one. The one that we assigned to was horrible. She claims that she could lower our house insurance rate but she has to terminate our policy and have people come to look at the house before she could issue a policy. It ended up was a big mess that we have to tear a shed down, trim our trees to like barely naked. The company doesn't need to switch agent with us. I think the one we have now have more seniority so we didn't have to hoop through this mess again.

They are OK, but that's it. I am going to be looking around for other insurance- again. It was such a pain in the ass to switch because I had to provide proof of YEARS of previous coverage- which miraculously I was able to do. So, I dislike the communication. I also dislike that they don't seem to have any local agents.
USAA has made every single claim we have had easy to finish. We have never been turned away. We pay very competitive premiums. The app works well.
Peace of mind is what I value most about USAA. I've never needed to file a claim, but I have confidence that should I need them I will be taken care of.
We don't really dislike anything. We have never had a complaint about our service in twenty years. Belonging to USAA has been one of the best rewards from my husband's serving 20 years in the U.S. Military.
There isn't anything I dislike about USAA. I guess the one thing that I would feel would be convenient would be if they had an office here in town. That being said, they might. I've just never needed to file a claim.
I am really happy with the premiums and deductible when compared to my friends and family for the amount of coverage we get. It is really good!

There's not much I can say I like right now. In the past they were great but the last 7 years or so have been pretty blah. I like that they automatically draft and give a discount for doing that I guess.

State Farm has excellent coverage, service, and communications. They are a long time, stable company, and I trust they will be there for me when I need them.
