Overall I like the ease that I can make payments, review documents, and start a claim online if needed. I have also been able to talk to people directly when needed, and they have always been very responsive.
I like the price I pay for the services I receive, the quality of their digital tools (how easy they make it manage and change my policy online), as well as the customer service I have received during the limited number of times I've had to contact them.
They are OK, but that's it. I am going to be looking around for other insurance- again. It was such a pain in the ass to switch because I had to provide proof of YEARS of previous coverage- which miraculously I was able to do. So, I dislike the communication. I also dislike that they don't seem to have any local agents.

I love their "accident-free" premium refund which gives me 25% of my annual premiums back if I don't file and claims. Also, they offer me pretty decent discounts for having 3 different insurance policies with them (home, auto, and life).
i like that they have covered so much important things in the house like walls, fences, ceilings, faucets, wiring, heating, central air conditioning, garage all this is covered by the insurance company under our contract.

Not much that I dislike so far. When I added a car for my daughter the auto insurance premiums went way up but as a young driver, I guess that's normal until they get experience behind the wheel. Related to Homeowners insurance there is not much I dislike at this point but I think their premiums could be more competitive with my local market. A smaller insurance company would save me money.
