I dislike that earthquake and flood insurance is not included, I also dislike that it is like pulling teeth to get them to pay out for a claim.
I like that the company is large and well known. I appreciate the 1% deductible that we have. The coverage is pretty comparable to other companies and we can bundle it with our car insurance for a discount.
